Justin was professional and timely when needing to have our roof checked out. He was able to stop by next day and thoroughly inspected our roof for damage/wear/tear. I was certain this 10 year old roof might need some TLC, but to my surprise we were in good shape! Justin was fast, knowledgeable and the inspection cost me nothing!

As a home owner you want honest and quality work. In the past I have experienced different roofing companies and no one could top the service and quality job that I received from Justin at Ramos roofing. I highly recommend Ramos roofing and will use them for all future roof jobs on any of my properties. FREE estimate was done by Justin with pictures and explanation of shingles, gutters and add-on rubber roofing. After Justin inspected, he said that I could probably hold off for one more year but that I had storm damage that I was unaware of and my insurance (that I have never claimed ever) might pay for some of it. I was thrilled and definataly wanted to see if I could actually use my insurance for what it is for. So Justin worked with my insurance company and not only was I able to get a NEW ROOF but NEW GUTTERS as well. Thank you Justin and Rich for your honestly and smooth process. After I checked other reviews at RAMOS and their Columbus Ohio office as well, I knew that they were the company I wanted to go with. I got to pick the color of shingles and color of gutters. I am super impressed with their quality of products and the results. Their shingles are not the typical shingles but a better brand to last longer. I was able to get all new with only my insurance deductible. HONESTY AND INTEGRITY is what I look for in addition to QUALITY. I would highly recommend Ramos roofing. I give them 5 STARS.

Rich, and Ramos Roofing are awesome. While checking out our roof to provide an estimate Rich noticed a pipe boot was missing, which led to leaks down the pipe. He said he would come back and install the boot in a couple of days. He came back as promised, installed the boot and that was before he even provided an estimate or knew if we would use them for our roof replacement. Great guy and company!

Ramos Roofing to the rescue! Yesterday we had high winds to which a shingle broke loose from our roof. I contacted Ramos Roofing on a limb, being Sunday I did not expect service till Monday at the earliest. I was wrong, Rich was there is just a few hours! He was able to reinstall the shingle and complete a full roof inspection to ensure there were not any additional damage. His professionalism is top notch! I dealt with Justin he was a pleasure to work with.He was informative and knowledgeable and very articulate.He helped us get the roof approved and paid for through our insurance policy..He walked us through the entire process.It should be noted that my dad was going to pay for it out of pocket and thanks to Justin my dad found out that his insurance would pay for it.Ramos Roofing is highly recommended!
