Roofing For Troops did an absolute great job with everything from keeping appointments, product delivery, installation and follow-up. Jonathan was the initial point of contact and was very polite and knowledgeable about the product to dealing with insurance. Joe (the owner) even reached out twice during the process to check in. The crew that completed the job were polite, worked their butts off and did a great job cleaning up. I highly recommend this company.

I contacted roofs for troops for a roof replacement in Camp Dennison. They were very competitive with pricing and has great reviews so I went with them. The damage from the old roof leak was worse than expected and they ended up doing much more work than originally anticipated. The final product was fantastic and I greatly appreciate the extra work that was put in to make sure it was done right.

We are extremely grateful for the help we received from Tim Judd and the entire team that worked for us and with us to get our roof replaced through our insurance company. We knew we had some storm damage but I believe that having Roofing for Troops take care of our claim was definitely a key to it being successful, so fast, and of course way easier for us! We were surprised at how fast our new roof went on even though we had storms and rain everyday but they did it faster than we ever dreamed possible! Dave Cramer from Roofing for troops… Finally made it happen for me it almost took two years for me to get my siding and my roof he fought for me (My insurance company made it very difficult ) but Dave and Emily made it happen! Roofing for Troops did a fantastic job filing a claim with my insurance company and replacing my roof. It took the insurance company eight months to settle the claim. It took Roofing for Troops one day to remove and replace the shingles. Excellent work was done and I am very pleased with the out come. Thank you Tim and Emily for all your help

Roofing for troops are exactly what they advertise. After seeing a neighbors house having his roof replaced, he told me about this company.Jon Gamble was my first contact. Jon took over the whole project for me, he dealt with a difficult insurance company and set-up my roof replacement from start to finish.I also want give complements to Emily in the office and Joe Haskamp at the top of this company. I always had my calls answered or returned quickly.Roofing for troops is a great option if you need your roof replaced, they are honest and on time and skilled professionals. As a veteran from the Vietnam war, I am glad I found this company.

These guys handled everything. They were there with the first meeting with the adjuster. And as soon as we were ready to start the project they got in and got it done within probably a week. The day of my install guys were here and gone within half a day, and I wasn’t disturbed at all. Great group of guys I worked with, and very pleased with their service and work.

My experience with this company was the best. With my husband being a veteran the name drew me to the company. But the kindness and honesty of Dave was what ultimately made my decision. Absolutely wonderful experience! Jon did an inspection almost immediately after I contacted the company and helped me with my insurance claim. They were able to schedule me in within a week after the insurance company approved the claim. The installers were prompt, super polite, and cleaned up absolutely everything when they left. Jon came back during the installation and when they finished to make sure everything was ok. The company followed up after to make sure I was happy.
