Stutz Exteriors is the only company to use. They put on a brand new roof and replaced our very ugly and outdated aluminum siding. The owner Keith Stutzman is phenomenal. He is honest and completely transparent. If he tells you something, he follows it through til the end. The pricing was beyond fair, especially for the job they do and the amount of detail and expertise put into every job. If he says he will call or be out, he will be. The roofing and the siding crew were incredible. The house looks like a new home. I hate feeling like you have to constantly micromanage someone's work. With Keith Stutzman and his crew from Stutz Exteriors, you don't need to. Clean up was perfect. This is the only company you will ever need.

This company is top notch. The owner was extremely professional and kind. Showed up on time for both appointments. Not only did he perform the services my roof needed but he clearly explained the “necessary” fixes and “unnecessary “ ones. This was a serious relief after I had several roofing companies quote me and tell me I needed to file a claim. Do yourself a favor and call this company; or atleast get a SECOND opinion. Our garage roof lost several shingles in a wind storm. We called, they came out next day to give us an estimate and within 2 weeks the project was completed. I needed a new roof due to a leak, storm damage, and the age of my original roof. I had called a few different companies in the area to understand the scope of the work, as well as understand pricing. Unfortunately, all the "big name" roofing companies I spoke with were less interested in helping solve the problem, did not step foot on a ladder for inspection, and were only interested in selling and upselling.Keith came along and spent time understanding our roofing woes, and being the first time I needed a roof made the entire process stress free. During our initial conversation, we evaluated the leak and discussed possible solutions, pricing, and process.Shortly after our initial conversation and contract, we had Keith's crew on the roof working tirelessly. They'd performed a complete replacement faster than I could have imagined. In addition, the leaky area we'd assumed was the issue turned out higher up the roof was fixed and sealed correctly.Keith was prompt, responsive, and shared photos of what he saw on the roof and the progress to ensure we were not in the dark throughout the process.If you want a company that will be upselling you along the way, go with one of the big names you see. But, if you want a job done well, on time, and on budget, where they're in communication with you the entire way, delivering better results than you could ever have imagined, Keith and his team are the way to go. I could not have found a better roofer, and I'm glad I used a local company.

If your looking for an honest, respectful roofer you found the right company. This industry can be aggravating. I know from the experiences we went through. I contacted them I'm doing both roof and gutter work and he was the only contractor to get back to me with a fair price and a reasonable time frame.He came out and did the work and blended my roof and beautifully and the gutter job turn out to be more than we both have counted on because of previous construction yet they took care of that also beautifully pricing was good and again the main thing is he showed up more than I can say for most contractors I would use them again in a heartbeat

didn't know i could get my roof replaced in one freakin day until i found these guys. keith and his team work fast and instead of dumping all the old roof tiles onto a big box metal dumpster, they used a wheeled trailer so my driveway didnt get all scratched up like my neighbors did when they got a new roof from some other guys. great job Stutz family!
