Luke responded quickly to our request to have a new porch ceiling and fan installed. He arrived on time and worked nonstop with his employee, Jake to complete the installation. ~~ Luke and Jake took the time to troubleshoot an issue with the electrical connection that needed to be made for the fan. With the solid construction of a well- built older home, it was not an easy task to thread electrical wiring. ~~~Luke was patient in answering all the questions my husband and I had. He was very forthright in sharing his professional experience in what he best believed to address other home improvements my husband and I are planning, even when that meant he would not make money. His integrity is to be acknowledged and appreciated. He is very fair in his pricing too. ~~ It also helped in this process that both Luke and Jake were very pleasant to be around. We could laugh and be relaxed with them because we completely trusted them. ~~Additionally, Luke and Jake cleaned up the area after they completed the job. They left nothing for us to have to clean. That is a definite plus. ~~ We will be using Luke again. We can, and do, highly recommend him. We are grateful to the gentleman who recommended Luke, whose business name is LT Under Construction, LLC.

AMAZING. First contractor we hired didn't show up and kept making excuses. (Blackdog) LT gave us a price and did an entire house roof and repaired an enclosed porch for the same amount that the other company gave just for the porch. GREAT guys. GREAT work!

LT Under Construction does so much more than just roofing! I had a multiple gas leaks in my basement and LT Under Construction had me back up and running the very next day!! Professional and reliable we will be calling Luke for future work!!

Luke was awesome!!!! He replaced the roof on my house. He responded to my call right away. He came out and gave me an estimate within a couple days and showed up exactly when he said he would to do the job. He and his crew finished it all in one day and left zero mess behind!!! His attention to detail and his commitment to do the job right was amazing!!! And the price couldn’t be beat!!! I had him come back a couple months later to do some other work on the house, and again, he was extremely professional and did an outstanding job!!! I have some future projects planned for this summer and I will definitely be calling him for those too! I highly recommend Luke for any roofing and remodeling jobs!!! You will not be disappointed!!!

Luke remodeled my first floor when I bought my house! New flooring in the dining room and kitchen, restyled kitchen including new countertops and refinished kitchen cabinets. Redid two bathrooms. Installed two new windows. And added a wrap around porch a year and a half later! Hired Luke to do a job, being that my dad had referred him and had great things to say about him. We waited and waited and waited, we ripped down our old awning/porch, (so we would be ready for him, I also broke my ankle in the process) we called him numerous times for an ETA. Luke continued to tell us he had us on his list and would be coming within a month. Welp spring and summer went by and no Luke. Once again after several calls he again said “I’ll be there, I’m coming.” And no Luke ever. Finally, we gave our last few calls and texts and Luke didn’t respond at all. If he didn’t want the job or couldn’t do it, a simple, hey I’m not gonna do it would have worked with no hard feelings. We turned down several great offers to have Luke do the job, since he knew my dad so well. SMH. I would definitely not recommend this company at all. Oh and ps please stop sending us Christmas cards as we are not friends. You know you were really wrong for this.

This company is far from professional. Owner has a horrible attitude. He rips his customers off along with his workers. Unless you want to pay 2x what a normal job would be then don’t bother.
