A&W Roofing and Restoration was awesome to work with. The fascia was hanging off on the peak of our roof I looked online and they were the first company I called to help us out. Arthur the owner answered my phone call late at night which I was so appreciative he did. I explained to him the situation and he had me send him a picture of what was going on. He told me what had to be done and that he was able to come the next day to fix it for a reasonable price. Since he was up on our roof I asked him if he would inspect the rest of our roof and make sure there were no other issues. He did find some minor issues which he explained to me the benefit of getting them fixed to extend the longevity of our roof. Within a week he came back and got it fixed for us. He was reasonable, answered all my questions, punctual, and sent pictures of everything he did to our roof! It was so refreshing to work with a contractor that kept his word and got the job done right! Thank you for excellent service!Services: Gutter repairs, Roof repair for storm & wind damage

From start to finish it only took a month to get insurance cleared, job done. I let A&W Roofing handle everything and they got it done. Workers were there on time, cleaned up the mess and was courtesy to let me in and out of the driveway.

We just had a roof tear-down & installation completed today on our house in Cuyahoga Falls- great job by A & W Roofing! Arthur was responsive & we came to an agreeable price w/a fantastic warranty. The friendly crew arrived at a reasonable time of 9:30, completed the work, thoroughly cleaned up, & were gone around 2:30.Our home looks great! From start to finish working with A&W Roofing and Restoration was fantastic! The owner Arthur was extremely knowledgeable about the entire process and answered every question thouroly. They showed up on time and had my entire roof replaced in 2 days time. Including an extra repair I requested after the fact. They even got rid of bees nest and cleaned my gutters while they were up there. Great buisness and very professional they went above and beyond for me and I couldn't thank them enough. We had a roof repair issue that needed addressed, contacted him and he said he would be able to stop out to look at it. He never showed up. We rescheduled. Didn’t show up again. We continually texted him and called him to follow up, he just left us on read. No response. He could have just let us know he wouldn’t be able to service our home? Very unprofessional and frustrating.

5 stars for the craftsmanship and helping me navigate an insurance claim. Very pleased with their work. 0 stars for them asking me to pay $2,800 more than I owed. When trying to arrange the final payment, I received 3 emails/texts in one day all with different explanations and final amounts owed, all of which were inaccurate.Service: Roof installation

About 6 weeks ago i had damage to my siding. they gave me a better price the many other companies. i called as they started the job they pointed out i had a big sag in the roof. come to find out the wood was rotting and needed replacement i am glad they pointed it out because they saved me thousands of dollars in damage down the road from the leaks if i would not have known. they quoted me a great price and did a great job on both the siding and roof glad they are knowledgeable about it all. i will be recommending them to anyone needing work done.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Albert came to our house and took siding and shingles off our house for insurance reasons in the middle of july. Told me it would take a week to hear anything back. Tried getting ahold of him through text several times and he will not respond to me. Called the owner Art at the beginning of August he said he would get right back to me and it is now september 3 and they will not return my texts or phone calls. They are not professional or curtious at all. We now have to contact another roofing company and have repairs made to the siding and roof that we did not intend because of this company. Save your time and go somewhere else I dont know how these people are in business. We will be filing a claim with insurance for Vandalism.

Excellent!!! Never had a crew so professional, came out found things in my siding others did not and had a better quote then the other 3 companies didn't beat around the bush the owner was upfront with everything and very detailed. Knows the state regulation very well. Best service I got in along tome.

Offered very little help and information on roofing and the insurance process. Guy came out, took a look at the roof, took some photos, told me I had terrible insurance to deal with, and promptly never called me back with any updated info. Which he said he would do. No thanks, I’ll get help elsewhere.

Sloppy job. Was rushed. Owner not on site as promised. Drip edge installed improperly. Been 6 mos and still lots of bumps and shingles curling so water doesn’t go in gutters. Left roofing nails all over, popped tire in new car. Stay away.Service: Roof installation

Got our roof repaired, warranty and not even 3 years in....leaking in my kitchen. When called to fix the problem , slow to no response from A&W...probably a pipe in the attic???? Numerous calls and text messages and no solutions as yet..BBB has been notified and will continue until a solution has been reached.

It took me a min to get ahold of the owner but once we played phone tag a few times it was worth the wait trust me his crew had my repairs done within a day and he fixed my gutter while he was fixing my siding then I referred him out to my brother and he worked with his insurance company for weeks going back and forth they wanted to just fix the shingles and he got them to cover the roof and the garage roof down AWESOME COMPANY SO IF YOU CANT REACH HIM RIGHT AWAY BE PATIENT HES VERY BUSY BUT IT WAS WORTH IT
