Fantastic experience! I had hail damage on my roof and siding. Busy Bee came out did an inspection and found damage. They also helped me file a claim with my insurance company, then they were able to get my insurance to approve everything at 100%. They were kind and professional and answered all my questions and picked up whenever I called. My house looks amazing. The workers cleaned up everything. Will recommend them again and again. Busy Bee tried to confused and coerce my mother into getting their services for roofing. After getting an estimate, she later informed them that she was going with another company. When she had gotten her estimate, she was told (and I was there, listening) that she had signed a paper to get an estimate. However, after she informed them she was going with another company, they told her that she had signed a contract with them, and that she was trying to "defraud her insurance" (in other words, they were trying to scare her).They CAME OVER to the house when they thought she was alone to try to bully her into still using their services. They hadn't even started doing any work, yet they claimed they would sue her. They even had their president call her, and he was belligerent, saying they would sue her but, actually, they didn't even need her business because he's a multimillionaire. In fact, he told her, he's on a yacht right now in Florida. If he can afford a yacht, why is he trying to bully my mother for her business? Why is he taking time out of his vacation to yell at a potential customer?Also, AFTER she had told Busy Bee that she was going with another company, they tried to contact her insurance to get information (now THAT sounds like fraud to me!).I hope that Busy Bee can learn to be professional.

Tanner did an awesome job evaluating the storm damage on my home. We did not end up needing a replacement, but when we do we will use busy bee forsure!! He was honest, upfront and answered all of my questions!
