I was soooooo excited for these guys to do my roof after seeing so many positive reviews. I got in contact with someone, got an appointment for an estimate, wanted to be quoted out for all options of course wanting to stay cost effective. Even asked for a gutter estimate with the roof. The guy asked if they could take a few things off the roof to make the job go a lot more smooth. He was a very thorough with his questions. We were told by the guy that came out that next day we would have our estimate sent to us, because he had to wait for eagle eye pictures to upload. I waited a week before contacting them back my self after not getting my estimate or even an explanation back, asking if I could get the estimate. I received a text back just saying they won’t be able to do it because it has 3 layers of shingles? No explanation further. I have a one story home. Nothing huge. Very conflicting with all the questions and high interest when the guy was here to get it done. These guys do much bigger and I’m sure way worst jobs then a small residential home. Very disappointing. 😕.

Walnut Creek Metals did a fantastic job with our roof. The customer service leading up to the installation could not have been better. Very responsive, timely, and take all the time necessary to answer questions. The installation was completed in one day. The crew took great care in all aspects of the job including cleanup and the finished product really looks great! Thank you Andrew and team!
