This company has impeccable customer service and life altering services! AdvantaClean followed up with us consistently throughout our crazy unpredictable timeline. My main point of contact, Scott, was easy to reach when I had questions and prompt with responses. After their mold removal service our basement is so unrecognizable I would have thought they magically transplanted someone else's. Their duct cleaning service has allowed me to walk into my new home without an instant asthma attack and days of recovery after one hour of being in the home and we are still doing renovations! As the temperatures outside were beginning to drop, I was wanting to get our air ducts cleaned before turning on the furnace. I was able to contact Scott and set up an appt for my next day off work. When they arrived, they explained everything they would be doing (I then also asked them to clean my dryer vents). Prompt, professional, and a job well done! We had discovered water damage from our master bath in our laundry room and had our contractor out to do the repairs. When they took the drywall down from the ceiling they noticed mold and stopped so we could get that addressed. We called Advantaclean and they came out very quickly to address our needs. They were very professional and did a very thorough job removing the mold that was found. We were impressed with how well they communicated with our contractor to keep our project on track. Please use this company if you have any water/mold or any other kind of damage in your home. They explain well what is the issue and give you step by step what they are going to do to fix it. They are professional and kind. The best thing of all is they work quickly and do excellent work for a decent price.We had mold growing on our drywall in our garage. We had them clean 3 spots in our attic before selling. They were very professional and kind. We had other another company come give a price and they didn’t even go up and look at everything. The two of them went up and looked at all the spots, then they explained what was needed and how they would do it. When here they cleaned the killed and cleaned the spots, took pictures for the buyer to see, and explained in a letter everything to them. They were on time for the estimate and the day they did the work. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!!

Mold is a scary thing for a home owner and some companies like to prey on that fear. AdvantaClean is not one of those companies! Brian came out, inspected the crawlspace and then sent quotes for different degrees of fixing the problem along with the remediation. Of course I wanted the most extreme fix but Brian said it was overkill. He could've made some serious money on me but only recommended I did what was the best solution for my problem. Great, honest, reliable company. I would (and have) recommend them to anyone!
