I’ve had a lot of work done with Diversified over the last 10+ yrs and have never had a problem with communication between Kevin or Jim they are always very professional and have fixed every issue I’ve had with no issues with there work! I would recommend Diversified to anyone that has a project they need done!! Referred my brother to them and they took care of his water damage, floors, and mold removal and the kitchen looks great! I have been employed by Diversified Group since 2014. I moved to Toledo in 2011, having transferred jobs as a cellular sales consultant with AT&T. Shortly after I moved I began to work for Verizon due to their superior service. As technology advanced, the cellular industry goals (on a retail store level) shifted from assisting and educating customers with new smartphones, to qualify and sell as many accessories as you can. Morally, that didn't sit well with me. My entire work history has been customer focused, doing my best to HELP people. I am proud to say I work for a company that truly does their best to keep everyone happy. Customers and employees alike. The customer experience takes first priority here. We go over reviews in weekly meetings, usually to celebrate them, but when we have dropped the ball (we are humans, far from perfect), we use those instances as an opportunity to hone in on and grow. We take on challenging jobs that others will not touch knowing they are not going to be profitable (to our customers benefit mostly, but also to help widen our skill-set). We do our best to set proper expectations. But as with anyone else, the unexpected can happen. And frankly, it is a challenge to convey all the years of knowledge/experience we have in a contract that most only skim through. I have been here 8 years and get at least one curveball weekly. Bottom line, I love this company and what it stands for.Service: General repairs

They quoted a very reasonable price for a tough repair. Turned out there was more hidden damage than expected, but they finished the job as quoted. Can't say enough about how happy I was with the work performed by Diversified Group.

Joe came out and took a look at a leaking problem we were having with our basement. He helped identify the exact cause of the problem where other contractors have failed. He was incredibly professional and friendly and set me on a course to fixing the problem even when it turned out the repairs are outside their area of expertise. We'll definitely call again if/when we have other problems!

This company installed a roof for our church incorrectly. They took a section off to check and temporarily put it back on. When they realized it would cost them money they refused to correct their error. The owner Kevin promised he would take care of it then said he would do nothing about it. Do not trust them to do anything.

Spent a lot of money to get the floors level. They did a lot of work beefing up the structure, but still did not get the floors level, which was the ENTIRE reason to have someone come out.Service: Interior structural repairs

The door on our fence was way to low than the actual fence and you could open the door from the outside. The color is also very ugly. I don’t like the fence at all.
