From the start of doing business with Mr Fry was a wonderful experience, no pressures, answered all my questions and was very professional plus price was so very reasonable from the other companies that came out to give estimates. I had them install a roof in 2019. Over this winter, 2 small pieces of shingle fell to the ground. I took a photo of them and texted it to their office number. I expected to have to call a time or 2 to get someone out, but no, a week after my text they came out and gave my very steep roof a complete inspection. This would be great service from any company and is exceptional from a roofing company! I highly recommend them. Also I should mention how my wife and I were impressed by how polite and professional their crew was when installing our roof.Service: Roof installation

Have used this company twice (last fall and this spring) to blow tree debris from our roof and valleys. They respond quickly by phone and text and show up when promised. They work quickly and clean up all the debris before they leave. It's hard to find an insured company to take on jobs like this. Thank you Fry's Roofing!

Don is wonderful person, very professional ,organized, all his crew is excellent, he take good care of them. he provide life time warranty for his labour and surprised when I met and told me he will beat price .he did in fact beat price with best quality and peace of mind .I spend lot of money doing patch work .I am glad I found him and I feel fortunate to get his service .I would recommend for his roofing excellent service with highest excellent attitude. you can not find like him in this town . The men that work for this company will litter ALL OVER your property. I live in an apartment complex that is normally litter free. My neighbors are very clean and I know the property is well maintained normally because I have to walk my dog every day multiple times, so I see the state of the property daily. Since these roofers have been working on our property, there has been so much litter. I'm talking roof chunks left all over the grass, roof chunks, plastic, and cigarette butts on private balconies, and even litter in bushes. I don't even just mean roofing debris either, they constantly leave empty cups, pop cans, cigarette butts, straws and the wrappers, plastic wrappers to some sort of food, napkins, and bottle caps. I'm sure there's more, but these are all things I've had to stop my puppy from eating and choking on ever since they started their work here. When I brought chunks of debris down from my balcony a roofer told me "I'm sorry ma'am, we were going to clean it up", I'm wondering how? The only way would be to enter my home to access my balcony. I assumed when told this he also meant all the litter they had left as well but I guess not. The litter keeps accumulating, and they don't care whatsoever. If I could give no stars I would for the sheer lack of care these workers show to the properties they work on.

Do not ever let this guy anywhere near your roof or your house. He overcharged me for a roof.$12.000 to be exact . A week later the flashing around the chimney came loose. He came back out used super glue.did not hold up came loose again had to pay someone to repair that again. He used the old drip edge (even though I paid for new drip edge) he bent, contorted, and left the end caps wide open for birds, animals to go in. That cost me another $2.000 to replace. Now the roof over the garage is leaking. Had roof inspected only to learn he put shingles over rotten wood, now have to pay to have that replaced. He also put a layer of shingles over top the flat roof on the deck. Had to pay someone to temporary repair that will need to be torn off and replaced in the spring. The roof is not even five years old. I called him back out here several times all I got was excused from him. Do not ever call this guy for a roof. Run, run, run.

EDIT: The roof is leaking, and after Fry's agreed to come take a look, a week later, they've failed to do so, and I'm 2 days of no answered calls.Fry's Roofing took a job that 4 other roofers turned down, because it was asbestos. He also beat the prices they were quoting that it would cost me IF I could find someone to do the job. I will use Fry's again.Service: Roof installation
