Took months longer than it should have, but we got a beautiful bathroom in the end. Andy listened to our complaints and made it right by bringing in excellent subcontractors. The general staff are handyman quality, with the exception of Carlos. Make sure you get him on your job and you will be OK. Struggles with the general staff was a 1star experience, but the subcontractors and Carlos were a 5. This results in the 3 star rating. Don't settle for the general staff level work and you will be very satisfied with your results.

Buyer beware! This process has been nothing shy of a nightmare. I hired Greenworks on August 17th 2023 to update our tiny bathroom. It was not finished until January 25th of 2024 and not by my standards to say the least. Over 5 months! I had multiple visits of unfinished work, unfriendly staff, and the disrespectful owner, Andy. We had ordered a toilet that never worked for 2 weeks and was not even the original toilet we had picked out. I paid extra to have special grouting flooring put in place and when I came home the worker was putting in plank flooring. I was never reimbursed for the mistake and it was never corrected. I have flooring in my bathroom that I did not order nor did I want. Furthermore, the owner did not provide me with any updating invoicing and he was completely disrespectful to me multiple times while trying to communicate regarding the job and the unfinished work. After making changes to my estimate I did not get it in writing and the owner failed to provide me with any updated invoices. I highly recommend that you do not do business with this company however, if you are currently under contract make sure you have everything in writing before you submit payment!! I learned a very valuable lesson. I trusted them and only got scammed!

I hired this company on good faith. Never heard of them, and didn't know anyone that have done business with them. Im happy I have good judgment, because I'm beyond satisfied with my new roof. It took them about a week to get done, with a complete tear off. They made sure my yard and driveway was clean from nails and debris, and back to normal. My dad rides by and says you have the prettiest roof in the neighborhood. Lol.... Definitely will be hiring them on my next home project.

Greenworks installed a composite deck for us. Although we needed to wait due to the busy schedule the deck has turned out perfectly. The workers were very professional and communicated with us and the staff so there were no questions. I would recommend this company.

It’ all started when I found a spot in my ceiling and was told it was my skylight. I had it fixed then told I had a year to replace my roof. I started getting quotes and found these guys! Little did I know my salesman Danny Thomas would be someone I already knew! He was very professional and never sold me on things I didn’t need. He explained everything upfront. The only bad thing I’ll say was the lack of communication from contractor to office staff. I love my new roof and honestly would probably use them again for future projects but will have it all documented before making final payments. Thank you so much for fixing my home. If you want quality craftsmanship - I strongly suggest to not use this company for any services. Beyond the completed work equaled to the experience of high school trade students, the owner cowardly ignored all calls from us as soon as the first problem arose all the way thru the completion of my $27K kitchen reno. Needless to say this companys unprofessional -due to the actions it portrays thru it's workers and the lack of any effort of the owner to care. My husband and I needed a picture window replaced in the front of our house. We had quite a few estimates done and decided to go with Greenworks. They did an amazing job. The window use to be bow front and didn’t open. We decided to go with a straight frame and it looks amazing. Now we need a new glass sliding door and since they did such a great job on the window, we’re going to have them install the new sliding door. We highly recommend Greenworks remodeling. Tried twice to have someone come out for an estimate. “Not in the system”. “Wasn’t scheduled”. Spoke with Bob the second time. Told him I was no longer interested in their company. He asked if I was calling the right business. When I told him I was calling Greenworks Remodeling, he slammed the phone down and hung up. Their business must be so fantastic that they can engage in this type of customer service. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Greenworks remodeled our kitchen this summer. They did a beautiful job; I absolutely LOVE how it turned out! The "Guys" were so friendly and very diligent in their work. Every thing was done in a timely manner and done very well. The office staff kept us apprised of when they would be starting the job and assisted in choosing from the many options of coumtertops, flooring, etc. I highly recommend this company!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!They installed a new tear off for us and in less than a year the roof leaked and cost over $7,000 to repair and they refused to take any responsibility for it. They also wanted to charge us a $95 fee to come out and look at the roof and say that it wasn't their responsibility. We received opinions from another roofer and our home insurance and everyone stated the roof was installed incorrectly but they still never took ownership of it. They say they'll call back and they never do. Please save yourself the money and stress and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.Service: Roof installation

This "company" greenworks remodeling,....installed a replacement window in living room. It was almost 3,000Starting having issues,less than a year later. I contacted the company , I was told someone would call back. Yeahhhhh. Sure. So I called them again, only to be notified, because my mom dies I inherit the home. NOW, the "lifetime warrantee " is no longer valid.. what the heck is THAT!!!OH, but wait there's more........... For a mere $175. They will come look at it..............................I also have the option to PURCHASE A WARRANTEE (ON a $#!T window).I may be young, But I DIDN'T fall off the pumpkin truck yesterday.I can spot a shady business when I see it. Wondering how these folks sleep at night.Please instuct your elderly parents to check reviews, If my Ma had, I wouldn't be writing this horrible review!!!NEVER RECOMMENDED THIS COMPANY!!!!

I give Greenworks remodeling 2 stars because I had more issues than satisfaction with them. Here are my reasons. People were nice and helpful but I didn't feel like they are for the customer and met my expectations. I've had windows done in the past by a different company just paid a little more. I thought I would go with a different company to see how they were. They had 2 people come out and measure for windows to make sure they had the right size. They put the front window in to my house then moved on to my sons room and took the old windows out. They broke one of the old windows when removing which was no big deal at the time but when they brought the new windows in they said that someone had messed up on the measurements and put the sizes in to the wrong width and height box that they was suppose to be rotated. I had to call they company to let them know the situation and they said they would put an express order on them which could take up to 2 weeks. I get home from the day they installed the front window and backed into my driveway like I always do and one of their workers dropped a full tube of caulk on the driveway and I ran it over and it was all over my rims and tires. So I had to call the company back and let them know about the situation and had some positive feedback from them. Walked into the house and went into my sons room and saw that they had glue shut one of the old windows so it was nonoperational and the 2nd on in my sons room they had to put a peice of plywood to replace the window because they had broke the 2nd old window. For 2 weeks my sons room was like that and it is what you would think would not be up to code because of potential fire reasons, if there was a fire what can I do? I would have to bust the the one window or kick out the plywood. 2 weeks later we had Greenworks come back out to finish the installment of our windows for our sons room and they must of came unprepair because one of the workers asked my wife because I wasn't home, if they could barrow MY 6 foot ladder to do their job. Which I think is unprofessional because if they was to fall off the ladder they were barrow at my house because the ladder was faulty I could of been sued. I had my wife call Greenworks because I was at work to ask for a discount because we have been having so many issues with them. They basically said no. Ask far as I am concern I WILL NOT BE USING GREENWORKS REMODLING EVER AGAIN BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE WITH THEM. Hopefully no one else runs into issues with this company.

We started out with the roof then they talked us into gutters,upon completion of the roof they charged us for the roof and the gutters and got paid for everything but they didn't install the gutters. The way I found out about it was from Credit Karma instead of from Wells Fargo as was agreed. So I immediately cancelled the gutters,and I'm still waiting for the balance of $11,000.00 from the $9850.00 that was originally quoted to us from the beginning. Not sure if I'm getting my refund and Wells Fargo is taking their sweet time investigating it with thier team of "investigators." What the heck are they investigating? Don't use these people,or Wells Fargo. I'm just trying to let you know they are very dishonest people!

I had my kitchen remodeled, we had more problems than we should have, their work is absolutely terrible, their workers were very unprofessional!!! I would not reccomend them for a kitchen remodel!!! We are atill trying ro get the owner to call and fix more problems,he won't return e-mails or phone calls.

This is got to be the most grimiest company ever they screw their customers over if you get work done by them check your invoices because you’re being overcharged and their workers are underpaid. They are horrible at communication with their customers I got nothing good to say about this company don’t recommend them at All!!!!!!!
