Have new roof, siding and gutters. Everyone was professional and polite. Highly recommend! We live in an area that suffered storm damage, we've heard lots of horror stories about other companies from homeowners in our neighborhood. Luckily, we contracted with Integrity and had zero issues.

The initial meeting with Joshua was professional and informative. The details he provided helped us greatly. On time and direct. Didn't mind our questions. Korey, who oversaw the roofing project, had a team of professional people who completed the overall roof replacement and did an excellent job. I like they were straight business right down to the clean up. Korey kept me and my wife informed which alleviated any concerns. It's nice to have a local person to reach out to.

Integrity replaced some 1960s wood windows for us. They took the time to answer all of our questions and make sure the new windows would be just the way we wanted them. The installation team did such a great job. They were like a well-oiled machine and I can’t believe how quickly they got everything done. At the same time, they got all the details right. The windows look great inside and out. They found a small problem with one window sash that I might not have noticed, and ordered a replacement the same day. Pricing was upfront and there were no surprises. Very easy to work with, highly recommend.

Cameron was incredible to work with! He was honest, upfront and genuinely cared about what we had to say. You can tell he is passionate about Integrity’s mission and values!I had arrived home from the grocery store and was bringing groceries in before our appointment began and he offered to help! Then, greeted our dogs as if they were his own, was incredibly kind and patient to our inquisitive preschooler and was sensitive to us caring for our newborn as needed!When it was time to decide, he was not pushy, gave us space and made sure we had his contact if we had questions or needed anything!

Very responsive and professional company. They were the only one to make and keep the appointment. We were impressed with Mykel and found him to be knowledgeable and easy to work with. On time, prepared, and respectful of our time. Treating others like you want to be treated is part of the business motto and it is something we stress to our children and grandchildren. Glad we gave Integrity a call! Will update if anything changes after installation! So far so good! That was before installation. It was a five star.After installation and a return visit from Matt and Sam and the crew things are all good. The crew worked through a very windy day and completed the job in one day; even though it required a return visit to fix a few things a week later. The job looks great and our home is quieter now. We should have done this sooner. Very happy customers!

I came across Integrity Home Solutions purely by happenstance when I met Taylor Orr. He was able to set me up with Joshua Walton who came to my home to offer a quote but was able to make the necessary repairs while he was there. They could have easily quoted me a number in the thousands and I’d have never been any the wiser, but instead fixed it the same day with nothing more than a smile and a handshake. I made sure to add them to my Rolodex. They will be my first phone call for any exterior issues moving forward.

Mike and his crew did a fantastic job installing new windows at my home. Super professional, very clean, and a good group of guys. Couldn't be happier with the result. Tyler came out to give me a quote on a new roof that I need. Tyler did a thorough inspection of my roof including getting up on the roof and taking pictures to show me. He then came inside and explained the entire roofing system he was proposing along with background information about the company. He answered all our questions and did a great presentation.

Cameron Kolb with Integrity Roofing came to our home yesterday and gave us an estimate for a new roofing. Cameron was knowledgeable and was able to answer our questions. If there was something that he was not aware of he knew the right person to contact to get us our answer. I would definitely recommend Integrity to my friends and family. Great Job!

Integrity has been very good at keeping in touch with me after the initial work was performed. A representative came by the next day, in the rain, to make sure everything was working as it should've been, n when a few items were needed to be "tweeked" (old meaning, not more modern), they had people here the next day to resolve the few issues that existed. I believe they got everything performed that was needed, but will know for sure during the next rain event.Plus, a 4-star review from me is pretty good, as I've always been a hard grader.

I would like to thank Sam and the actual workers. Sam is an asset to your company. He is an old sole and he actually cares, something you don't find in larger companies, made the whole process tolerable. He's a keeper because he wants the job done right and customers satisfied! Sam and Drew came out to install a storm door & replace the aluminum wrap. Finished product was great. IHE ain't cheap but I'm really happy with the work they did, especially after the previous storm door install (not done by IHE) was a huge source of pain. Would hire them to do more work.

Brian spent some time with us, first inspecting the roof, attic side and topside, then went over the company history and policies. It sounded like a company we would be comfortable doing business with. Then he reviewed what he had found in his inspection. No surprises there, we knew the shingles were in bad shape but the decking was good. Next he explained the roofing system as Integrity installs it, the ordering, scheduling, installation and scheduling process. This was all done calmly and very clearly. He paused often for questions. When I had questions about how they handle valleys he took time to explain their method until I was comfortable with it.Finally he went over the pricing which seemed fair. And their payment options.At the end of the day we did place an order. Throughout this Brian was calm and patient. There was no "Buy now or you'll never see such a good price again!". We did not feel pressured (which was good because that is an immediate disquaulifier with us).Brianseemed knowledgable and personable.We're glad he was sent to represent Integriy Home Exteriors.

From the rep who provided the estimate to the 2 gentlemen who completed the installation, the process was handled professionally! I had 2 large windows and a new set of doors at my patio installed and they look great! I will be getting estimates for additional work early next year.

My neighbors house new siding looks ok, although much of the neighborhood surrounding looks like this after they ripped down the old in the wind and didn't bother cleaning up their mess.

Every person we dealt with was very professional and friendly. From Julie, our salesperson to the installers to the guys who came to finish up the job, all were very kind. Integrity has helped us so much through this long frustrating process of dealing with the insurance company after our lives were turned upside down after a tornado this summer. We are finally able to get things moving forward to get our lives back on track! Zac has been very helpful and we are so grateful for the help and support we have received from the Integrity team. Can’t wait to update next spring after all the work is complete!
