We hired Rite-On Roofing in Sept 2021 for an emergency roof replacement on our rental. They came out within a few days and did a greqt job. They were a few days later than originally promised, but they did the work. So we gave them a deposit to do the roof on our own home. We called many times over 10 months, but they could never get it scheduled. I ended up requesting a refund and put negative reviews here and on BBB. Mike refunded my deposit in full and explained that they got behind and was very apologetic. While I wish we had not waited an additional 10 months for a roof to get done, I am glad he came through and gave the refund as he said he would. HOWEVER, he has taken deposits from many other people and not done the work. I changed the review back to positive when he gave the money back, but realizing there are so many victims (and the number is growing), it is not a good idea to give them a deposit ahead of time.Service: Roof installation

Edit: Steer clear at all costs! Although I was lucky enough to get a roof, many others have not.Edit: A few friends have contracted Rite-on and haven't had anything but trouble. Dates keep slipping with no end in sight. Unfortunately due to the issues they are experiencing, I'm updating my review to 2 stars. Although I had a great experience, I can't in good conscience leave my previous 5 star review unedited.My wife and I had an unfortunate run in with insurance not wanting to renew our contract due to moss growth on the roof. With it being an asbestos roof, we basically had no choice but to replace the entire roof earlier than anticipated.We ended up having to contract an asbestos abatement company to remove the roof and then hire a roofing company for the installation after the abatement was complete.Within 24 hours of calling RITE-ON, Mike was on site and provided a quote price that couldn't be beaten. RITE-ON just completed the roof installation and I couldn't be happier with the result, as well as the quality guys they had working on our home. My home is by no means a walk in the park when it comes to pitch so hats off to RITE-ON for their hard work and dedication to the craft.We're going to have our gutters replaced shortly as well, so I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of the services they provide!Service: Roof installation

DO NOT HIRE THEM OR GIVE THEM MONEYWe hired Rite-On roofing on July 12, 2022Mike (the owner) came out the same day.He “Promised” us he would start the work on our roof in 2-3 weeks and took his deposit.Well Today is September 29, 2022. After five phone calls + voicemails, and 7 emails from us still nothing from Mike. He responded to three emails but again nothing but false promises. After telling him that we will be bonded to take some legal actions he totally ghosted us. Please do your homework better than we did with this scam company, because he has done this with multiple people. I do not understand how this LLCshould or is still operate. And the reason I gave him one star is because I had to in order to leave a review, if I could it would be a -10.Service: Roof installation

Working with Mike and Robin was so easy, and professional. Mike was always on time and very quick to follow though with any request I made. Robin was great and profession on the phone. This is a family run business and they don't scam or try to take advantage of people. We had quotes in the past for a new roof and they were outrageous and pushy. Mike was nothing like the other companies, he was quick and honest with what we needed. Major plus the roof looks amazing and was done in one day.Service: Roof installation

He took her $5,000 and NEVER got a roof, just excuses. He promised a refund and then wrote her a bad check. Robin was so sweet and very accommodating and Mike was very nice upfront and pricing was great! The roofers did a great job, they accidentally threw the gutter covers away with the old roof materials. Mike and Robin made it right. I will definitely recommend them. I contacted this company via Facebook. They were very responsive, and came out very quickly to measure the quote. I received the quote within 24 hours. Upon deciding to use this company, they were out to complete the project within 5 days, which was great! There were a couple issues with the angle of the gutters properly draining, but they were very quick to respond and come back out to fix it. The gutters look great and work very well! Complete tear off and replaced our roof in one day, reasonable price, stuck to the quote, no surprises. Professional and beautiful job, the roofers were super friendly to our family and cleaned up the yard nicely as well. We will use them again to do our gutters next, highly recommend.

Gave Mike $4000 on 6/11/22 to get a roof done..always says 2 weeks 2 weeks..I've given him to the 7th of Sept to get roof. Then I'm going to have contact a lawyer. Do NOT do business with this man..FRAUDService: Roof installation

Took our money over year and half ago. Gave us start time frame of last September October time. Called said do to weather and other delays be April of 2022. Now here it is September of 2022. I have no siding. Everytime we have called. Its a excuse and another week out. Now he is not answering our calls or text. His cellphone is off. Fed up save yourself the hassle hire a better more reliable contractor. If it was possible wouldn't even give him a sigle star.
