Top notch customer service and quality! We had a bad leak in our roof during a bad storm. Jeremy and Jeff came out after normal work hours to place a tarp on it.My new roof is great! Not only it is no longer leaking, but it's added great curb appeal. They also gave me a credit towards the cost of my roof for what I paid to have them initially tarp it off.High level of customer service and communication throughout the job. Very impressed and would recommend.

After a ton of drama with State Farm Insurance 🤬, I got a new metal roof installed by Shingle & Metal Roof from Toledo. They do an AMAZING job! They negotiated with State Farm after insurance tried to low-ball me. I can't recommend Shingle & Metal Roof enough! 40 year warranty! They clean up afterwards. No drama. Tear off & install in 2 days. Absolutely PERFECT!It was even funny how my German shepherd stayed with them for the 2 day job playing with the roofers. I heard about Shingle and Metal Roofs from a co-worker who had his roof replaced a few months ago. I was impressed by the experience and how fast his roof was replaced. LLC was very efficient to have as a contractor, with help fixing damage from the Tornado from last June. The staff was very friendly and always seemed to put us first. Even though they were extremely busy. It was a nice experience having LLC help us recover from our losses. Greatly appreciated.

We just got a metal roof installed with all new soffits, gutters and downspouts. Fully completed by Shingle and Metal Roofs. We are happy with the quality and craftsmanship of the work that was done. I am personally in the building trades so for me to say that is not a small thing. We almost went with another company, but are so glad we chose this one! The price was fair. I feel the money was well spent and would not hesitate to work with this company for any other home repair needs I have.Ben and Liz

Ryder was the sales rep! Had all the answers I needed! He also made sure my roof got done asap. The installers showed up at 8:30 and immediately got to work, on a cold Saturday at that. They were completely done by 3:30 and made sure to clean everything up. After that the walk through was quick and easy they made sure to work around my schedule to do the walk through. Amazing customer service from start to finish!

As of this time, everything is good. To early to tell about how good of a job they do as they haven't started yet. I'm looking forward to when they start in a week. I WILL update this when applicable. I'll start them off with 5 stars.Update;Today , we received a gift box that included a shirt, 2 koozies, a pen, Ferrero Rochester chocolate, and a welcoming thank you card. I will remain with 5 stars and thank you to them for the gesture. I'm still looking forward to them starting.Update:.5-29-23..................I needed to set them down to 3 stars because they messed up the alignment of my chimney (chimney boot was installed too low on my roof, causing a misalignment inside my home.) and they will not fix it. They keep saying they will, but they have not. It can leak carbon monoxide into my home.I wish they would call me back.Update 5-30-23........They are blaming me for the subpar work. They have contacted me and said they are coming out again, but they don't know when. I can't afford to take more time off work for them not to show up at a scheduled appointment.Update 6-3-23.....They came back and repaired issues with misalignment with stack boot. Looks way better and should not have a concern of flue gasses leaking from the pipe gap inside the house. Fittings can more evenly seal. With no gap.Long time to get it done, but they did get it done.

He is based in Toledo and I found his company on the internet after getting the runaround from 2 other companies that specialized in metal roofs, which is what we were looking for. We are so glad We did. Alex had a price for us in one week. Being a retired contractor, I supplied pictures and measurements of the roof and Alex used my measurements to price out the project. We Signed a contract with Ashley and Alex on March 23, 2022. In April, Alex gave us a start date of June 16, 2022 and Alex, the owner, showed up on that date right on time with 8 of his employees.Our home is on the island of Put in Bay and with coming over on the ferry every morning they finished the job in 3 days. His team of employees were Very professional, no foul language, no loud music, cleaned up our yard during the day and again at the end of each day. Alex and his team did a great job with our 200' x 100' riding arena. The old roof was two 20' sections which created a seam in the middle of the roof that leaked. We had multiple companies out and everyone said it was not possible to do a continuous piece to eliminate this seam. These guys were able to make long enough pieces to eliminate the middle seam. It looks great and will cause less issues over the life of the roof. We are a commercial boarding facility so every day the roof is being repaired is a day our clients cant ride their horses. Other companies said it would take weeks, they got it done in days even when mother nature got in the way.Service: Roof installation

I reached out because my roof started leaking water into my closet. Shingle and Metal Roofs reached out to me the same day I called, and they promptly came out for an estimate that same week. They thoroughly inspected the metal roof and the rubber flat roof and provided recommendations. The existing rubber roof was about 10 years old and needed to be replaced and there was some work needed on the metal roof. Mike and his team went above and beyond to make sure the metal roof (done by an amateur) was installed correctly and wouldn’t cause me problems in the future. We just had two different days of record rainfall and there haven’t been any issues with the roof. This company is awesome. Channel and Alex are very professional and they helped us out a lot. We live in a very windy area and they helped us get a great deal on new wind resistant shingles and put 7 nails in each. The new vents look so much better than what we had before as well and will provide much better ventilation. Unfortunately rainy weather delayed their start but that's ok because the whole tear off and installation was done in ONE DAY!! The whole crew was fast and efficient an did an amazing job! We had a metal roof installed on a new pool house we built in our backyard. They were not only the best price but the best contractor that I have hired. I was told by other roofing companies that our job was "too small" and not worth their time. Not Alex! He went above and beyond to make sure I was just as important as any other customer. I really had my heart set on a blue metal roof, he did not have that color in stock but called other associates of his and got me the color I wanted. He had the job booked for the following week and his crew only took a few hours to complete. They were all very professional and I love my new roof! We had called for quotes from 3 other companies in Toledo. None of them bothered to come out and give us an estimate. Shingle and Metal Roofs was the only company who actually setup a date & time to come out and give us a quote for repairs.I would highly recommend this company. Very professional by owner and workers.
