Had trouble with a clogged tub and bathroom drain.I worked on it for a day. Chris came out on a Saturday within a hour and fixed it in less than a half hour! I was very pleased. Well worth what he did. I will use him as my regular plumber.

I had toilets backing up, called RSM, and they called me back within a half hour and had his guys out the next morning.! .They diagnosed the issue and were very knowledgeable and fair pricing as well. I would most definitely recommend RSM and will to my Friends and family. I just moved here to Wauseon from Delta and so far excellent service all the way around. Thank you RSM!Had Chris out today to do the repair work and they were on time, efficient, and knowledgeable! They were done with the job in just a few hours and they were so friendly. At the worst possible time, my furnace went out. I reached out to RSM Services. They called me back right away and were at my house at the time they said they would. Chris was very friendly, nice and professional. The part I needed wasn't available that day. They called me the following day to let me know it was on its way. The minute it came in, I received a call and he came out and got it going. I very highly recommend RSM Services and will continue to give them my business.

12/27/23, Pin for drain fell out during bathtime for our daughter in our shower/tub and water wouldn't go down. We thought it was a clogged drain because we never experienced this before with our tub. Found RSM Services online and was able to schedule service online for service the next day. Easy! Attached photo of problem on their online system which I thought was super cool and helpful for them. Scheduled service for 12/28/23 between 10am-11am. Tech called my husband about 9am and asked if he could come earlier because he had finished the previous job early. We appreciated that! As soon as the tech walked in the door, he was upfront and estimated $140-200 for the service call so we knew what to expect. Looked over the issue and found the pin needing fixed. Fixed it on the spot and said we shouldn't have any more issues. Was there less than an hour and told my husband it would be less than what was estimated. Only charged $100. My husband was so impressed that he even asked about pricing on HVAC service. We will schedule with them again! Thank you RSM Services!

Our 24+ yr old central a/c went out on a Friday afternoon, the first repair person we contacted came out the following morning, & within 10 minutes told us what was wrong & quoted us a price. Then told us his finance guy would give us a call in the nxt few hours. During this time I came across RSM via the Angi app, gave them a call told them what we needed and within a few minutes he called us back with a quote which was between $600 to $1,500 cheaper depending on which unit & warranty we wanted & within 30 minutes had us set up with financing approval all before the 1st company’s finance guy called us back. Tuesday our service guy showed up on time as scheduled 8AM and was done replacing the unit by Noon! RSM was very professional throughout the whole process. I did find it somewhat comical that on their Angis Profile & on 1 of the websites I found through google it says that they have 0 years experience in the HVAC business which you know is a typo as soon as the owner starts talking to you about what’s needed and I’m just thankful I didn’t let the typo stop me from contacting them so hopefully if that hasn’t been corrected by now just know that there is a real person who has hired them and couldn’t be happier with the service they provided and the speed in which they were able to complete the job in.
