He showed exceptional knowledge and thoughtfulness in the way he coordinated work and repairs. Tom and his team(s) were a big help after the tornado came through. Tom helped provide and coordinate various crews to help repair and clean up damage (roofing, tree removal, etc.). He went beyond by helping haul debris and constructions materials himself. Tom has been a great help to our family prior to the recent storms and demonstrated his continued commitment to great service/partnership here as well. Tom Miller was like an angel appearing following the tornado that went through Russel’s Point. Our family was sifting through the damage and debris when Tom and crew appeared to help . It was like they were divinely appointed. They were so friendly and sympathetic to our situation. Tom and his crew gladly pitched in to help us with our roof damage, debris removal and tree damage as well. Tom treated us like family and he lifted a weight from our shoulders. They had the materials, the knowledge, and the compassion to complete the tasks that needed to be done. We highly recommend Tom, Jerry and anyone on Tom’s high class team.

We chose Ron Miller & Sons to do our roof, siding, soffit, fascia, windows, gutters, and front door area. The reason we went with them versus another business was because we wanted things done right the first time and time to be taken. A lot of times we see projects around or through friends where it gets done so fast that we wonder if it was even done right. Our previous siding and roof would come off anytime it stormed and plenty of our neighbors would experience the same thing. We haven't had any issues and I highly doubt that we will. Tom only uses high quality material and makes sure the job is done right. If you don't like something then just mention it and they will handle it. Everyone was always pleasant and picked up after themselves, which is definitely appreciated when you have someone in your home. The little details matter just as much and Tom made sure the outlet boxes, etc. were painted to go along with the siding. Before the project ever began Tom came out to measure and quote everything a few times. Also, answered any of our many questions and responded quickly throughout the project. There were some aspects that changed slightly throughout and Tom plus his team handled those with ease. I would definitely recommend anyone reach out if you are looking to do any work with your house. I will reach out for the next project! I can't recommend this business enough and how happy we are with everything. You will not find a business that cares so much about everything from beginning to end.

It was a real pleasure working with Tom and his crew of workers. We were in need of help with a problem in our bathroom and Tom gave us many suggestions and ideas on how to fix and also remodel our bathrooms. He uses quality plumbers, roofers and electricians not to mention his well qualified team. They did a beautiful job and always managed to clean up after their selves. They are trustworthy, honest and made the job easy and satisfying. It was enjoyable working with an experienced and knowledgeable company.

We are very pleased with our bathroom remodel. We built our home 20 years ago and had Tom switch our tub and shower locations making it a complicated job. Everything was updated, only keeping the original cabinets and flooring. Tom had many design suggestions which we used and appreciated looking also for what would be needed as we age. He is expensive but worth it as he is meticulous in every detail. We are confident everything was completed with the best workmanship possible. There were delays, mostly due to supply issues, but he kept us informed and answered all concerns promptly.

Last year we decided to embark on our first major home remodel project. I was personally cautious and concerned about selecting the wrong contractor. We selected Tom Miller and never regretted our choice. Tom completely renovated our first level, including the kitchen, removing a wall, relocating a patio door and enlarging a window. Tom came to our home because we wanted to remodel our master bathroom. By the time he was through with our project he also helped us address other areas in our house that needed attention. He has an eye for detail. Our master bathroom is a room we are proud of. He took an 8 foot ceiling and turned it into a vaulted ceiling with a skylight that added natural lighting and opened up the room. Tom custom built our closet to our individual needs and requests. They have completed multiple major construction projects for us as well as countless small jobs and odds and ends. Tom has been our perpetual handyman for the last 20 years! My elderly mother really wanted a walk-in tub and had gotten a very expensive quote from company ‘A’. We contacted Tom Miller and asked for his help. Tom was immediately engaged and fully committed to finding a solution that would meet my mother’s needs without breaking her budget. By the time Tom and his team had finished their work my mother had a beautifully remodeled master bath, with a larger and better quality walk-in tub than she had initially been quoted, all for less money than company ‘A’ wanted for their tub alone. Tom Miller’s craftsmanship and attention to detail is nothing short of amazing. In 1998 Tom Miller turned our dream house into a nightmare. He was rarely at the site and would not respond to phone calls. He hired the cheapest sub-contractors he could find and did very little work of his own. The quality of the workmanship was sub-standard and he used poor quality material. He abandoned the house before it was complete and left a mess behind. We had two liens on the house because he didn't pay his bills. I would not hire him to build an outhouse.
