I’d like to personally thank Chris for responding to my inquiry so quickly. He was polite, professional, and thorough. He did not miss a beat. He came to inspect the damage and got me in the books right away. The team responded, completed the job in 4hrs time, and didn’t leave a crumb behind unlike previous contractors. Our house has a DIY balcony installed above the kitchen.The railing was rotted out and a lot of the seal points and rubber rolled roofing was loose. The pitching was also no longer good so the water and snow would puddle by the door and leak through the wood frame.A couple years ago we noticed a small leak coming from the roof of our kitchen but it wasn't too bad.Last winter I ended up having to tarp the entire balcony and redirect the melted water away from the door because the leak became so bad it went all the way to the basement and ruined the walls of the kitchen.We called Dynamic Roofing Solutions. They did a free estimate and after a few months we were able to schedule the repair.They removed the railing and tore off the rubber roofing. We opted to have gutter guards installed on the main roof due to it being super high up and the tree constantly clogging the pipe.They clearedout and repitched the gutter and installed metal flashing by the door area to help keep the water from running behind the wall siding.They replaced the roofing material, installed metal flashing on the base of the door frame, sealed it all up and replaced the entire railing.It looks great. Couldn't be happier with my new roof! The early spring storms did a number and Randy worked with my insurance to make sure the process was as painless as possible. They matched my garage perfectly. Replaced the whole roof in 1 day. Did a great job cleaning up. I worked from home the day they were here and they were super accomodating, polite, and as unobtrusive as possible. Their pricing was very competitive and Chris put together a detailed estimate, including photos, that was easy to understand.
