Everyone I met, from the estimator to the installers, were professional and friendly. When they ran into an unexpected problem with rotten wood they were able to fix it without seriously affecting the timetable. From start to finish, working with RJK Roofing was a pleasure. We had no 'need' to replace our roof, but would need to in the future due to age. We started to obtain estimates to be prepared for the cost RJK was the only company (of 5) who took the time to sit down with us to thoroughly explain the process, the materials, options and the warranty. At no point did we feel we were being 'sold' to and our representative Charlie was friendly, honest and knowledgeable. We were given time to think about and make our decision about such a huge expense without high pressure. We had three meetings with Charlie before work was scheduled - initial discussion and inspection, review estimate, and final decision/contract.A couple of weeks before the job started, we met with Charlie and the manager, Mike, to go over the details and timing of what to expect throughout the roofing process as well as confirm details such as color. The crew, led by Corey, was prompt, courteous and extremely clean in their work. They started on time and kept us informed of the intended and actual progress for each day. Tools, material and debris were cleaned up at the end of every day. Corey was so nice and everyone on the roofing crew as well as the gutter replacement and trim crews, were friendly.By no means is RJK the least expensive, but we were investing in such an important part of our home and its value, so cheap wasn't the best reason to choose a company. The presentation of the process, the quality of the materials, the expertise in installation, the trust in the company and the extended warranty are all worth the expense.Thank you, RJK! We expect to see you around again as we recommend you to our friends and neighbors.

The whole team was at RJK Roofing was excellent. Our salesperson, Charles, took his time inspecting the roof. He even took out the drone to get a better look (and for our boys’ benefit). He came back a few days later with a detailed estimate. The other three or four estimates we received were one page, RJK’s was multiple. It included brands and types of materials along with other paperwork (insurance, workman’s comp, etc). Their price was right in the middle of the other estimates. We decided to go with them because we felt they were the most detail oriented and professional.Installation went smoothly. The crew showed up on time every day. They cleaned up before they left and worked hard throughout. Greg, the project manager, checked in daily with the crew and us to make sure things were progressing well. After the job was done, Greg came back for a final walk through and fixed any of the few, minor details the crew missed. We had our roof and gutters replaced with RJK and were very happy with the finished job. From the first person I talked with at the company (receptionist) to the salesman (Charlie) to the roofing team we had A+ service. All very friendly, knowledgeable, respectful and hard workers. The roofing team was here 3 days in a row due to the size of our project and they worked hard from 8 AM until 7 PM! Always cleaned up the area at the end of the day. Great company and we highly recommend RJK Roofing!

RJK Roofing far exceeded our expectations. Not only is our roof beautiful, but we also feel like previous mistakes from the builder were corrected. Attic ventilation and baffles were finally installed correctly. They took the time to explain everything thoroughly and make sure it was done properly. We already notice a huge difference in temperature regulation. From start to finish, the entire team was helpful, professional, courteous, and hardworking.Charlie came out at the beginning to go over everything with us. He answered all of our questions and went through pricing and details with us. He was very upfront about what we might need and how some things they wouldn’t know until they tore the roof off. There was no hidden cost or surprises, as he went over different possibilities with us. Very honest and helpful! We received several quotes, some were cheaper, and some were similar, but in the end we wanted it done right and we knew that’s what we would get with RJK.Corey and his crew were awesome! They were on time every day, made sure everything was cleaned up, and walked us through what they had done. We knew exactly what was going on the whole time. Very hardworking and professional. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to get a roof, and to get it done right!

RJK did an excellent job of repairing a large piece of flashing that came loose during a recent storm. The storm was on Friday evening and we had guests coming over on Sunday. Greg and Katie did an awesome job of getting a crew over to make these repairs on a Saturday when it was obvious they had a lot going on. When Greg came to inspect a leak on a roof that he installed seven years ago, he determined pretty quickly that it wasn't a roof problem at all, but rather a pipe problem. In order to be 100% sure, he took the time to figure out a way to test his theory. It was indeed a problem for a plumber. Also They are great to work with Jamie and Greg are extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. The roofing installers that came out do the work were also extremely professional Nick and his crew were there to explain anything I had questions about and they did this all with a smile on there face in 30 degree weather. Wouldn’t have anyone else do your roof if you live in Northeast Ohio. When it comes to your roof you get what you pay for.

Had leaky roof in May and called several companies to look at the roof. RJK was reasonable and Charlie Steadman was very nice, and very knowledgeable and even though I had lots of questions they were answered right away. I was scheduled for early July and Charlie had a tarp put on the roof to prevent any more leaks and to stop the damage. I was told I would be done sooner if an opening was available. Now it's June 23. My roof has been done for a week. The job was fast - one day. The team that showed up were one time, very polite and really worked to get the job done. I told them I was working from home and I had windows open. I appreciated that they did not play really loud music and there WAS NO yelling and swearing. The product is great and the job was great and the clean up was wonderful. If you need a roof let them give you a quote, you will be pleasantly surprised.

Having RJK replace my roof was a very good experience. Every part of the process from sales to installation was smooth and painless. I really appreciated how clean they left the yard afterwards. The color match to my garage roof was so good I at first thought they snuck back in and did the garage roof when I wasn't home. After several roofing quotes and recommendations , we selected RJK Roofing Solutions because of their professionalism and warrantee. From the beginning, it all started with their salesman who explained in detail the materials used, the pre-construction meeting with the production supervisor, the explanation of the installation, the work crews, the company policies and insurance and the follow up after the job was completed.Once we signed the contract there was the follow up from the office staff on scheduling, concerns, and questions.During the 3-days of installation, the crew worked together like a well oiled machine. Each day the production supervisor checked on the installation, the well being of the crew, and the job foremen updated us of their progress. At the end of each day they cleaned up every scrap of material and nails.In addition to a new roof, we choose to have new gutters installed after 17-years. He was extremely thorough and knowledgeable in addition to being very professional and friendly. I had the entire roof replaced by a local contractor 13 years ago. Since that time, I have been dealing with a variety of issues involving poor construction, ice dams, leaks and interior damage. I had gone through other roofing companies with no positive results until 5 years ago when RJK was recommended to me by a neighbor. Since then, RJK has resolved all the issues of soffit and facia wind damage, ice dam backups, gutter repair and siding replacement. In every case their Sales Tech, Charlie Steadman, responded quickly, correctly analyzed the problem, quoted a cost to fix and arranged an appointment for their repair specialist to come. I can't stress enough the importance that the issues be analyzed correctly. Charlie seems to have a 6th sense in this regard and communicates in a way that I could fully understand. Francisco came out to check a ceiling leak. He walked the roof found the source as well as some damage to the chimney smoke stack.
