These folks went above and beyond our expectations!!!! We just bought our 1924 home and the previous owners had an inspection that claimed the roof was only 6 years old. Talking to neighbors on both sides confirmed the roof was much older. A wind storm came through and blew off 30 or so shingles not even 3 weeks after we moved into our home. ( hadn’t even made the first mortgage payment!)Kerrigan went to bat with our new insurance company! They saw the damage and were able to get the entire roof repaired!!!Came out on a Friday morning and was done by Friday late afternoon!! All the old damaged shingles and boards were removed, swept the yard for nails that may have fell to the ground during the repair!!These guys are FANTASTIC!!! Jordan came out for a quick inspection after the storms here in Springfield last week. We didn't even call in, he just offered to inspect it for free! Luckily we didn't have any sort of damage on the roof. But it's nice to know we're all set! He was super friendly, and even gave me a paper to give to my insurance company to let them know our roof got inspected this year. I was honestly surprised he didn't try to make something up to get me to pay them some money, I've had that happen before. These guys seem like an honest company which is nice to see. I'll definitely refer them in the future to my friends. Best of luck to y'all. Seem like good people.

Ryan with Kerrigan roofing came out to my home (SE Springfield) after the tornadoes that hit our area. He had noticed some damaged fascia on the side of the house. He did a free roof inspection and thankfully didn't find anything wrong beyond the fascia. He then volunteered to nail it down for us to prevent further damage until permanent repairs could be done in the future. It was freezing cold outside at this point and he went above and beyond for us. I will work with this company going forward because their customer service is awesome.

We had the very best experience with Kerrigan Roofing. Ryan was upfront about what was needed to get the job done. He worked diligently with our insurance adjuster to ensure nothing was missed. The crew that did the replacement did a great job and cleaned up afterwards well. The office personnel was very nice when calling for the deposit and explained things very clearly. Ryan even checked on us afterwards to make sure we were still happy with the job and asked us if we needed anything else done! 100% recommend!!

Excellent job-actually an amazing performance by a large contingent of workers who replaced the roof in a day and did a perfect cleanup that left the yard looking as good as before the job. From his very first visit he confirmed my suspicions. Ryan was very thorough with instructions of the upcoming process, quality, warranty of roofing products/State guidelines for my situation. Ryan came out and instead of charging me an arm and a leg to replace it, he was honest and told me he could just pop it back into place real quick . Five stars! I needed a roof replacement after a wind storm. I was working with another company for four months, but was getting nowhere. I worked with Ryan, who was very professional and friendly. Kerrigan's did a roof inspection and their quote for the replacement was substantially lower than the previous company I was working with. I am so impressed, I am also having them replace my siding, eaves, and soffits. I will update once the work has been completed. Excellent customer service! Update - the roof has been completed and I am still a happy customer! The roofers did a great job and were very conscientious of my flower beds, cleaning up, etc. I was kept in the loop the entire time and can definitely recommend Kerrigan Roofing and Restoration. A Salesman named Ryan came out and did a roof inspection for us and found little to no damage. He was completely honest during the whole inspection and explained my roofs life to me.
