We hired Cruz to rebuild a fence which was literally falling down around us. He gave us a reasonable quote, stayed in communication with us through the entire process, and built a beautiful fence with a quick turnaround. His attention to detail was fantastic, too. He cut around roots so the fence would be level up top without leaving large gaps along the bottom and took into account the gate slamming and built a stop to that into the design.We are very pleased with his work and have already hired him for another project.

Cruz maintains and runs reservoir pointe apartments. My apartment was filthy when moving in paying a deposit. When he would come late to fix issues and then it wasn't actually fixed just rigged to hold until it fully broke.
