So, I have been to this store many times I always found a floor person to help me find items. I walked the store twice to find a grease fitting. Unlike before when I had a floor person to guide and direct me, no one was around. I went to the checkers, one of which was on her phone and not worried about me. I asked where I could find the grease fittings, and I got a blank look She said they were short staff due to an "Ace show." Really?! To Lowes Durant I go...

Love this place, small town friendly. The new owners are local and love people. I have watched this turn into the dream hardware store. Always great deals inside. It's my happy place. Weather you are a weekender like me with a Hobbie or a contractor go by and let Clint or Michael get you what you need. Love this hometown atmosphere!!

Least expensive lumber I have located in SE Oklahoma. Need good deal? Better price than any home improvement stores within 100+ miles. I buy by the bundle to not get regects from other customers. Not impressed with hardware prices they have good lumber.

Honestly, this place leaves a lot to be desired. A majority of the long term employees are rude or hateful at best. Their pricing is ridiculous. So I do most of my hardware & materials shopping else where. I only go there in emergency situations when I don't have the time to go elsewhere. I'm only giving 1 star because this app requires a star rating. This fact constitutes a charitable action on my part as far as I'm concerned.

Awesome! I went into the back room where the flooring is and a woman followed me in there immediatly ready to help me. She took me right to the flooring that I was interested in. I started to lift the boxes and she said no a gentleman would come and do that for me. She took me to the register and helped me check out. It's Labor Day weekend so of course there were a lot of people there. Other registers were open and the line went quickly. The gentleman that helped me load the flooring was very nice also. A very nice experience. They asked me if I needed anything else and have a wonderful weekend. What more could you ask for? Oh yeah the flooring was on sale! Perfect!

Recently changed to ACE Hardware. Then decided to buy paint that needed to be mixed, had someone paged to come to the paint desk & no one came. There wasn't but a few customers in the store. We left w/o the paint.

Will never shop here again. All these men working here are to busy talking to help. One man actually turned away from me. I went in for 3 cans of paint was told no one in till 12 for mixing paint. Got no paint.
