If I could give 10 Stars I would!! There are a few to mention here, but I would like to start with the first one, MY Salesperson Kaci!!! She has done an exceptional job from the beginning of my buying experience, all the way to the closing table. This being the FIRST major purchase in my entire life, by myself, I was nervous and very unknowing of what to expect. She worked with me and held my hand all through the process. She was patient when I had a million questions, along with my constant checkups during the process. If she didn't have the answer, she found it and relayed it. Very attentive and good at what she does. Second mention here, Is Sarah..... she was a huge help while going through the finance end of things, working diligently along side of me and Kaci, getting all the docs ready and available up to the point of closing. The process was seamlessly flawless. Mobilehoma, I can say, appreciates their customers and their business. I came across Mobilehoma by word of mouth and I am so glad I followed through. They helped me through one of the scariest financial moves I have ever made in my life!! Literally! Anyone reading this, you have to go and meet Kaci and Sarah and do business! The best Positive experience I've had in 30 years hands down!! ❤️❤️

We bought our home here July '22. This was our first manufactured home purchase of the 5 homes we have bought and it was by far the worst home buying experience we have gone through.The good. They have a big selection of homes in all price ranges and can handle all your financing needs. The owners Brian and Eric are generally responsive to concerns and try to rectify there employee and subcontractors screw ups.The not so good. The subcontractors are very hit or miss. The foundation guys were excellent. The set crew was very unprofessional and I had to have them return for poor quality work. The utility contractors were very bad at installing the power and water. The brick skirting we upgraded too was installed very well and we had a great experience with them.The bad. The salesman are clueless and have not been trained at all in customer service. They have no communication skills and act put off when you ask for updates. It was very bad after the sale. Overall 2 stars is the best rating I can give.You can save the blanket response of we are sorry to hear of your bad experience please contact us. Just do better. You had your chance to give us a positive experience from the beginning and mishandled our sale badly.

I paid $200,000 for a home that was poorly put together and an extra $9000 for carpet and countertops that are damaged. The carpet was cut short and they tried to hide it with trim. I have a hole in the wall that was attempted to be covered with a baseboard. When I sent pictures of all the damages I was initially told there is nothing they can do about the hole in the wall. The marriage line looks like a toddler was playing tetris with lumber. I have no working electrical outlet in the master bathroo. I have been attempting to get my home fixed for 4 months. I've saved every picture, email and text. The service manager, Kim Baker has stopped replying to my emails. The response to that is that she is probably busy. My sister in law also bought a home here and it is so badly damaged she cannot move in it. If anyone is actually taking the time to read this, please take in consideration that there will be damages and it is nearly impossible to have them fixed. Our next step is going to be legal action. I also have water damage under my kitchen sink from it leaking. I've had to hire someone else to resolve that because this company will not fix issues. The air conditioning has went out and we also discovered that not every vent works in this house. So if you are want expensive and poor quality this is the place.

My home was delivered over 2 months ago. It was delivered damaged. Not only did the damage occur during the move it left the lot with many items broken. It has been a full blown nightmare since the moment we closed on our land with this company. DO NOT buy from this place. We are in our brand new home with damages everywhere. Every wall in the entire house has damage, cracked fiber glass, a torn screen, front door will not open all of the way because the sub floor is damaged and no one scheduled to come out and get it fixed. Just empty promise after empty promise. There are so many mobile home places out there to chose from. This would not be a choice I would ever re-make. BUYER BEWARE.

Literally still in the parking lot so upset with the terrible service that we just experienced that I had to leave a review right now we pulled up to the lot it is 104°. My husband goes in to ask for a sales man to help us through the lot the man I believe Jeremy was standing in the middle of the office room just standing there, not busy, handed my husband a map and told us to walk around and if we saw when we late we could put pen to paper Did not offer to walk us through the house is to tell us any details did not offer the golf cart sitting right out front to take my self my husband, my four year old son, and six year old from house to house. We walked the entire lot in the burning sun by the end of it. My children are drenched with sweat crying we are all so miserable. Don’t really know much of anything about these houses we walked through , when we walk back up to the sales office, Jeremy is sitting on the front porch, smoking a cigarette and playing on his phone. Laughs and says sure is hot out here while my daughter is getting in the car crying I let him know that. yes it is very hot. It would’ve been nice if we had gotten someone to help us walk around he let me know. Yeah I wish I had an a ac way to take people to the houses. I responded even a ride on the golf cart would’ve made it a little more bearable he said yes sorry I’ve just been so busy this morning I let him know . He was sitting on his phone smoking a cigarette and did not appear to be at all busy while my children are crying face is bright red. We are all covered in sweat. It is hard to want to give your money to someone that does not even want to attempt to do a job . Extremely disappointed when I told him that we were so disappointed and that he was obviously not busy while my children are crying. He turned around and slammed the sales door behind him. No response no apology, unprofessional lazy employees. I watched a woman driving around the lot, smoking a cigarette on the golf cart watching us going from house to house Sweating I cannot stress how unbearably insulting that experience was.

We worked with one of the owners, Brian. He was extremely honest and helped us find an amazing home in our price range. Dealing with mobile home companies in the past I was skeptical throughout, but Brian assured me that’s why he opened this place. To make honest deals and he did just that. The people who he contracts for moving and skirting were also excellent. Ive had 4 mobile homes before this and this is the best set and skirt I’ve ever seen. Thoroughly impressed and pleased every step of the way. I highly recommend coming here for your new home. It would be a mistake going anywhere else! (And I say that from personal experience lol).

I have to say.. if you are thinking about using this company, RUN DONT WALK! I lost my house to a fire and after working with someone else in the beginning (obviously didn’t work out) I found Brian Wheeler with Mobilehoma who took me virtually by the hand (I’m in Texas). He was AMAZING and I can not thank him enough! He heard my wants and delivered exactly what I was looking for. I’m very thankful for his guidance and honesty throughout the entire process. I recommend highly! Thank you Brian and Mobilehoma!

Just wanted to give these guys another top review these guys are awesome and their customer service is the best they will help you every way they can to make sure you are pleased with your new home and answer any questions you have. I had a couple minor things that needed repaired these guys was quick to address and handle the problem. Hope they know that they are appreciated you definitely don't find this kind of customer service every where you go that's what makes them the best.

My husband and I had our home moved and set up in July/August 2023. We have had numerous issues that never get resolved! Somebody gets sent out to fix something small and says the big things will be fixed when parts arrive etc and we don’t hear back! For almost 7 months we’ve tried getting the same issues resolved.After months and months, we were finally able to have them send somebody to fix our ac that hasn’t worked right the whole time we’ve lived here.We were told it was a dirty coil and air filters (we weren’t home), yet 2 contractors that had came out and looked while fixing other things had said it wasn’t running correctly even with clean filters and before the ac guy came, one contractor even pulled the filters completely out and stated that it didn’t change the air flow at all! We have to change filters super frequently because of all the dirt and dust where we live and the dogs we have shed a lot, however that wasn’t the issue and is being put off on us when it’s still not working properly!After several months we were finally able to have them send somebody out to relevel the house! The guy they sent out was absolutely great, and I’d highly recommend him to anyone, however we were told by mobilehoma, that after the relevel was done, they’d send a contractor back out to fix all the other things that were wrong and needed to be replaced yet I can’t get any response at all yet again!!! I literally have cabinets falling off the walls. We had to take a 2x4 and wedge it between the counter and cabinet bottom because it’s falling off and that was one of the things that was supposed to be replaced before it even got that bad! We are waiting on Sheetrock, stuff for bathroom facets and showers, doors to be fixed, shingles (we’ve had so many leaks,) trim, and the list goes on. Also they had been throwing all their construction trash out of our front door and left it all! After almost a year of waiting for it to get picked up it hasn’t. We got a huge things of painters plastic to attempt to clean it up, but all the drywall started falling apart, so after hours of picking it up, it’s still everywhere along with boards that have nails and staples sticking out etc and we have 6 children running around! Basically giving up on actually getting things done that we are told will be getting done and just going to let our lawyer deal with it after this week. It’s been almost a year of this and we’ve had our gut full.There’s so many more pictures, but I don’t even have the energy to keep sending and posting them anymore.
