Told many times Jimmy would call me back with a quote or if they could help us with our RV.Never responded, lied and never followed up. It's been about 3 weeks since the initial call and request.I don't know if you pick and chose the people you help, but this is unprofessional to say the least.If it's to far or you can't do it, then have some feedback and do the courtesy of having communication.

Great place to take your RV! Unlike the big franchise service centers, this place is all about service and value. I called about a slide that went out a few days before we were leaving for a trip. Jimmy was great and got us in and out same day. Just went back to him to have an AC fixed. They do quality work and the prices are very reasonable.Service: Air conditioning

Took our new to us travel trailer in for inspection and roof leak repair. Repeatedly confirmed it would be covered while onsite due to a known roof leak. Was not covered or under a canopy upon arrival at facility today(major rainstorm that morning) and smells musky inside due to three separate rain storms it apparently sat through. Found what appears per pictures to be a new dent and could never get a call back on details of inspection or a detailed list of costs to repair items or roof. Was told repeatedly I will call you in the afternoon to confirm inspection items and would not receive a call back multiple days in a row. Sent an email and never received a response. Owner offered to purchase trailer but never replied to my email counter offer. They had the trailer for 13 days outside in 3 major storms (remember the leaking roof). If you would like to have a place where you may or may not get the items you requested worked on or explained, you don't want a call back or email returned timely or at all, this is your place of business and Jimmy is your guy to use. Good luck and hopefully you have a lot of time to wait and wonder about using your trailer. I normally don't write reviews like this but I was truly disappointed in the customer service and follow through. I believe they have overall good intentions with poor follow through and customer service in setting expectations of timing to completion. Best of Luck!

Kind and especially patient with novice rv and camper owners asking questions to improve their camping and traveling..Got some excellent putty tape for my winders on my new travel trailer.. new to me anyway..I liked this ace but they moved across the river.. still close to my house.. its my go to place for serious rv needs.. I even found toilet paper that breaks down fast, when no one had stuff during covidiosness last year..Enjoy these peeps.. super helpful and knowledgeable. Period.

To be clear, I can't speak to the repair service. I stopped in to hopefully buy some accessories. This is not the place where you'll find a large selection. I was somewhat disappointed, but the guys in the store were really nice, and helpful.

I called and spoke to someone for service, actually in Pottsboro, I never received a call back from service tech. They must have a great business if they dont have to call paying customers back. Called them first because i like to give business to local companies.
