Levi, the owner, has taken over from a previous partnership and I can’t recommend anyone more trustworthy to Build a new Pole Barn than Levi. I own a Roofing and Construction company. However, the one thing we don’t do are pole barns. I refer everyone asking to Tincher Brothers, and rest easy knowing they’re taken care of. Business to Business, I highly trust no one else.

The Tinchers build high quality barns, they are efficient and I can say that because I know they bought the materials from Burrows Post Frame, and Burrows is stubborn about quality! We recently contracted Levi Tincher and his company to build a 20x72 Lean-To on a plot of land next to our current warehouse for additional parking and storage. Levi is extremely knowledgeable, easy to work with and we were extremely impressed with the pricing. I had a 30x50x14 barn with a 15ft lean to built by Levi and team 3 months ago. I wanted to give it a little time before I wrote a review. In short I was highly impressed with their workmanship, responsiveness and price. I had a string of bad weather that delayed the project, but Levi was more then accommodating and continued to check in with me throughout the drying out process. I have already recommended him to friends and family members and would absolutely use him again for another project.

I was very surprised when the guy that sold me my barn actually showed up on the job site with his crew and went to work. I understood then why his message says to leave a message I’m finishing a barn I done sold.”not just a salesman “. Good people very informative right down to the invoice. No surprise charges!! Now I’m bout 2 weeks into a shop that looks pretty sweet when coming cross that hill. Not to just me but the traffic also. I’m so proud and would recommend these guys to anyone for any size job. I had these folks build 2 barns for me. I'm picky as all get out, and they did an amazing job. Didn't have to correct a single thing on either barn!! They work hard, put em up quickly, and definitely exceeded my expectations. Their price was the best I found, and their reputation was excellent. They did not disappoint!! I would like to HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company! I was a little skeptical after reading the bad review on here but after doing a little research I gave them a call and they were very professional from the first phone call on. They came out to okc and built my barn within a week of calling. I got Jame's crew and they did a great job. All the guys were nice, hardworking and skilled. We actually couldn't believe how well they build these things. All nails are hand driven with hammers and the nails are huge, like 5 inch nails, all hand driven. My retired, framer friend was very impressedwith all of their work. Double 8" headers, 5 inch posts, everything is square level and straight lines on everything.I would like to personally thank this company for building these at such reasonable prices. I am a small business (woodworker) and needed a bigger shop. Thanks to this company I was able to afford a 40x60. I can't thank you guys enough!!!

Worked with Zach. Pole barn was built, but the workers, when done, stated clearly that they do NOT clean up, that was up to me. Nails and screws, trash, wood all over. Optimally it would seem they would ask what leftover materials I would want and dispose of the rest. Biggest complaint is lack of responsiveness after it was built, and that it looks like the closure strips were probably not put in right, a couple have come out. So far five messages have been left with two different people, and no response as of yet. My phone call was to get input on adding a small lean to on the other side of the barn, not specifially to complain, but still no response. Would not call this good customer service.

DTC built my 40x60x14 barn back in 2015. The crew was top notch and built a great barn in 3.5 days. The barn has withstood harsh West Texas winds with ease and I haven't had a single issue so far. I even had them add a second lean-to when they came to build a neighbor's barn and the lean-tos survived 70mph+ winds when other barns weren't so lucky. Hard to beat the quality for the price. Hope to use again in the near future.

Definitely would not recommend this Company. We had a building built and the young boys that started the job were about worthless. Hardly worked, broke trusses, left nails everywhere and trash. They finally sent some other guys out. They wasn't much better, didn't know how to do the trim work, my husband had to re-do it. The installation has sticky pull tabs that your supposed to pull off and seal together. They didn't seal them and put a lot of them backwards where we couldn't seal them. They also scratched up the floor with their tools, looks terrible. Left all their trash and materials for us to clean up. Very unprofessional. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I'm posting this for my uncle. My uncle contacted DT Const. to build his horse barn and agreed on the plans and signed a contract. My uncle waited a period of time and they finally got the materials delivered. When the driver pulled in to unload the materials my uncle noticed the materials were not the materials described in the contract and called Zach to get this straightened out promptly and was under the assumption he had but Zach had called the driver who was delivering the materials and had him to return the materials. Zach then called my uncle and told him to get another company to build his horse barn.

We contacted 6 different contractors to build our horse barn. Half knew what we were talking about when it came to stall doors and the other half had no idea. All were rediculous ly priced. Dt construction had the best price and got the job done quick. Now we have a beautiful horse barn built exactly like we wanted it. Thanks dt construction!

Their website says they service Missouri. I called Zack to ask questions for a possible quote. He said that he has so much business that he can't come over to MO although I found their ad in an Arkansas magazine. Zack was unprofessional when i told him where the barn would be. I hung up, he called back 5 mins later asking for a different person on the phone. Doesn't seem organized. You might change your website if you dont want to service other states..
