I cannot begin to say what a great experience we had with Salazar roofing. We requested estimates from 6 different contractors. One never showed up, two came but never presented estimates, one estimate was outrageous, and one was just vague. Our house is 3 stories and 130 years old. Salazar's people came when they said they would, took photos via drone, explained exactly their process, and gave us an estimate (very reasonable), on the spot. By far the best of the lot. They sent a contract electronically, workers came as appointed and worked very long hours, practically non-stop, cleaned up as they went, and it was a terrible mess. They did the entire job in two days. Judging by work our neighbors had had done on much smaller houses, we were expecting it to take a week. They showed us pictures of wood rot that we had, which they repaired within the estimate. They communicated with us every step of the way. When finished they went around with magnets to pick up loose nails, and came back to inspect the completed work. They were thorough, communicative, prompt, highly competent, and EXTREMELY hard workers. We could not have asked for a better outcome on a task we were actually dreading, due to the age of our house, and the steepness of its roof. I simply cannot praise them enough for their professionalism and conscientiousness! They were circles around the others from whom we requested estimates!

We used Salazar about 10 years ago for a new roof and all was well however, we contacted them again in April 2023 to have a vent replaced , they came out gave us an estimate, said it would be a couple of weeks. We waited, then they said Shawnee tornado was throwing them behind, we waited. Been a year, still waiting! Guess they only like big jobs that drag in big money.
