High quality work, great crew, great value. Top Form built a beautiful patio cover for us. The crew was professional and friendly and very clean/respectful of our property. The project was on schedule and we absolutely LOVE the end result. There was a little lumber inflation (to be expected in 2021), but they were very transparent and otherwise on-budget. Top Form was half the cost with a much more pleasing design than another estimate we got. Would definitely recommend and will use these guys again for any future work.

Top Form Contracting did an excellent job on my bathroom. I had a water leak and needed a new tub/shower. Top Form coordinated their schedule with my plumber, did all the demo work to remove tile and existing tub, installed new drywall and painted everything to match existing colors. They were very easy to work with and they showed up on time every time! From my first visit with Gabe, after already meeting with 4 other contractors, I knew they were the company I wanted to work with. They were flexible and helped me to solve my problem with woodpeckers by installing Hardie Plank strategically on my house so it looked like the design instead of an after thought. The crew and front office staff where excellent to work with, professional and helped with all my questions. I was so happy with the first job, I hired them to build a deck and balcony for my home. It far exceeded my expectations and I can't wait to start using it. I would highly recommend them over the big construction companies in town, they are personal, accommodating, and their work is amazing!

Top Form is probably the best general contractor I have used for a job. I am a facilities manager working with 12 different large commercial buildings all over Oregon and Washington. We hired Top Form to perform a commercial interior remodel and renovation. At the last minute, we had a surprise addition to the required work. Gabe and Jenny pulled out all the stops to make our original deadline, with a much greater scope than initially planned for. Gabe and his crew completed repair work on a horizontal beam in my homes crawl space area. From my initial contact with Top Form they were very professional. They came out to my home, we agreed upon needed work, and I was given a written job bid in less than 24 hours. Top Form was hired when we bought our house to repair a couple things before we moved in. First, they were supposed to take out a window, reinstall it properly and reseal it. The window was never taken out as we just removed the original caulking with the original paint on it. They did however caulk around the trim of the window which was a mess and done very poorly especially for professionals.Secondly, Top form was also supposed to fix sub flooring under our sink. They were supposed to take rotted out boards and replace them. After their first visit we peeled back the flooring to inspect their work and noticed that they had only replace a few boards. These boards that were replaced were butted those up to other boards with dry-rot. We called and they came back days later and replaced floor boards which was what was needed in the first place but failed to replace subflooring so when we leaned on our cabinets that night, we realized they were no longer supported by anything. The third time they came out they did in fact replace sub flooring however sealed the entry point at which were had used to inspect their work so that we no longer could do so.I am giving them 1 star as they did come back to fix the problems but they did charge for their work each time rather than realizing they were at fault. I would highly recommend going anywhere but Top Form.

They saved my home from a very costly repair from someone's lack of knowledge of how to properly attach a deck to the house. They caught the water damage just in time, and repaired the siding with the proper barrier underneath. So happy that deck is gone.The guys were very professional and answered any questions I had.
