While doing a job on the Highway in Merrill Oregon a rock big rig of Harneys was speeding and threw a rock and cracked my windshield. They said they will not pay for the damage for me to contact my insurance co to have them do it

The paving job on 395 is terrible on the north end of the 3 miles and you’re truck driver is very rude in the yellow KW with the sleeper
