After a few years I was sitting enjoying an evening and looked up at my roof line and just thought wow that looks so good. This company repaired and put on a new metal roof on my 100 year old rotten roof. Even the under wood is stunning. I thought I’d write a review. A few years after we had them install a snow guard for landscape and people safety. None of it was cheap but it is beautiful and I’m thankful that they did it and it’s beautiful.

Professional, competent, thorough, friendly, on-schedule, overly helpful, and considerate, are all adjectives that describe our really great experience this April with Washington Roofing Company in replacing our roof in Lincoln City. From the front office to the crew who serviced us, our treatment was exceptional. The Company helped us resolve insurance issues covering special requirements like stainless materials that are important in resisting corrosion on oceanfront roofs. The crew who serviced us were six friendly guys who in a day and a half removed the old roof and installed the new one with great efficiency, minimum noise and disruption, and who upon leaving made sure the job site was clean. From start to finish, the company was easy to contact, quickly returned calls, and professional in every respect. My wife and I highly recommend Washington Roofing Company to all who are looking for a great company with a commitment to excellence at a fair and reasonable price.

The guy with the "ROOF DR" vanity plates feels like he can just park where he wants at his convenience, blocking our business's driveway, across 2 of our customer spots, and across a sidewalk all in one selfish move.

This company wasted my time on a time critical roof repair. First I asked for a quote. Instead of providing a quote, they sent someone over which I did not request. He quickly looked at my roof did no work and left. Then they sent me a bill for doing nothing. Then it took multiple phone calls to cancel the bill for nothing. I never got my quote. I called and emailed multiple times. They seem dysfunctional about phone and email communication. If they do not want to work on my house then just communicate that. Horrible customer service and misleading to offer services and then stop communicating. A big waste of time and energy.Service: Roof damage repair

I recently returned to my home in Portland following a 2 month period of being out of town. Unfortunately, I was greeted by high winds and looked up from my driveway to see that a large section of the metal roof on my home had become detached from the house structure. Strong winds were also predicted for the next two days. I immediately began calling roofers to see if I could book a repair of my roof. None of the contractors I contacted was interested in coming to fix a metal roof they hadn't installed. One roofer said that he couldn't even come out to give me an estimate for 3 weeks and that any agreed upon work would not commence for at least a month!I left a message on Washington Roofing's website describing my issue and asking for assistance. I received a call from Kenny who said he was not far from my location and wanted to stop to take a look at my roof. He arrived about 35 minutes later, unloaded his ladder and examined the roof. To my great surprise and infinite satisfaction, he told me that he could fix the problem. Of course, I asked "when?" He responded "now." From his arrival to his departure, it took him about an hour and a half. I went on the roof to see the work that he'd completed. Everything back in its place and secured. He was professional and courteous.I cannot express how relieved and grateful I was for Washington's responsiveness and fine service. I may need a new roof sometime in the next couple of years and I have no doubt that Washington Roofing will be the first call I make. They have certainly earned it and based upon my experience, I would recommend them without hesitation.

The two employees who arrived within a couple hours of my initial call (and sooner than planned) were very prompt at attending to my roof leak. They went straight to work, found the leak in the attic, headed straight to the roof to find where it was entering the attic, patched a couple of other spots that they thought might start leaking and were done in just a few minutes. I've waited to make this review until after a few other rain showers and downpours to verify the leak has been fixed. Everything continues to be dry. Job well done. Thanks Washington Roofing for an excellent job.

We now can rest easy! We have a beautiful new roof...we new our roof was rotten, so we had many roofers come out to check the roof out. We chose Washington Roofing Company. They had to take the whole roof down it was that bad, in less than three days the whole roof was rebuilt sealed up they even did extras it was amazing! We are so thrilled with this beautiful new roof. We can now be more stress-free knowing that we have a solid roof on our home. We're very grateful to Washington Roofing Company , thank you very much. We had Washington Roofing Company out to clean our roof since it hadn't been done in a long time and REALLY needed it. The two guys they sent to tackle the job were very professional, explained the work that had been completed and did a great job! They moved my backyard furniture and BBQ out of the way so that it wouldn't get dirty and everything was put back by the time they left the job. Oh.. and my roof looks GREAT! Thanks WRC!!

A mark of an exceptional company is how well they handle problems. In this case, I reported that my new roof seemed to have a minor leak. The next day a roof technician was at my house. After consulting with the company, they decided to redo a section of the roofing to repair what was the likely problem as well as to minimize the chance of any other problems. There was no questioning of my reported problem or minimizing how important it was. They sent someone right away. Their repair of the problem went well beyond what I would have expected. No cost to me. This is an exceptional company.

I asked these roofers to look at my roof - it was leaking. At the first call the person who answered the phone assumed I couldn't tell the difference between a leaking roof and and a non roofing issue - actually told me that it probably was not the roof. The inspection and repair was done fairly quickly, however it took over a month and 3 calls from me to find out what was found/done. And I might mention that no one gave me an estimate or any communication before they did the repair. My fist call was 2-3 weeks after they went and I was told by the person who answered the phone that the paperwork was turned in but she was too busy - had to do payroll- to look it up and promised to call me the next day. She did not. Don't get me wrong, I want people to get paid.Today I called again (over a month after they went) and the receptionist was friendly today - and was able to find my paperwork. This how I found out they fixed the problem (it was a roofing issue - go figure). They sent the bill last week to the house (not my address , I rent the house out) They had never bothered to find out my address.Overall, I'm sure the work was fine, they did not try and sell me a whole new roof - but they have serious problems with how their office works!

I would give them a minus 1 star! When I had this company come and check my roof for leaks and repair, they lied about what they did, refused to repair and lied about being paid. I would steer clear of this company. The front office woman is very nasty and rude. No concept of customer service!

- [ ] Scott Daniels’ Washington Roofing company sent Walter’s multi-person crew to our home for a 2 story roofing job in May 2020. They arrived early at 7:45AM bringing the correct supplies needed to complete the job including a porta potty, dump truck , air compressor and lift. They worked diligently throughout the day, while training one new crew member on the do’s and don’t’s of a residential roofing job. They took care to check the perimeter of our house and flower beds for errant roofing debris multiple times during the two day roofing process. The shingles we chose, Landmark Pro Max Def Black Walnut, were high quality and the color was a perfect choice for our home. The crew was professional, quiet, respectful, and a joy to work with throughout. My husband says, ”The new roof looks pretty tight”. My neighbor who is a home appraiser stopped by to say he’s seen a lot of roofing jobs in progress. He remarked on the high quality of materials and was quite impressed with the workmanship of the crew. This crew exemplified the pride that Washington Roofing has in their product and work. We couldn’t have asked for anything more.

The Washington Roofing Crew who replaced our leaking section of roof were very efficient, professional, friendly, and respectful. From the Operations Manager (Mike), the Forman (Stephan), the field crew and the office staff - all were attentive and focused on providing a quality installation and customer satifaction. The crew had excellent housekeeping and safety practices during all features of work performed. We were kept updated on the progress of contracted work throughout the process. We highly recommend this contractor and will be engaging them again soon for other roofing needs.

Shouldn't leave you truck and loaded heister on private road that your not working at. They were parked close to stop sign making it dangerous too get around. The only good thing I can say is it got moved after I call their office and told them this wasn't good for them.

Requested an estimate for fixing our leaking skylight and a new roof with a priority on getting the skylight fixed right away. Someone came over and looked at the skylight while we were gone. Didn't leave any information. A week later we received a call from Washington regarding the repairs that were done to our skylight. No work had been done! A week later someone showed up again at our house, unannounced to check out our roof for the estimate. The individual wanted to quote us for a metal roof. We didn't want a metal roof. It's a manufactured house and we are thinking about building in the near future. We again requested an estimate for the skylight and an asphalt roof. When they called back with the estimate, one was for the metal roof, one for the asphalt roof and they completely forgot to work up an estimate for the leaking skylight. The skylight is why we called them in the first place! Weeks later we have gotten no where with this company and I am taking my business elsewhere!

used them on a HVAC job, had them scheduled and they forgot to show up on a catholic school.The weekend came and the roof was not done when I was assured they would be there.significant damage was done to the elevator controls in the building due to water leaking in. the scheduling lady did not take responsibility nor did the owner.Will never use again

We shingled our 20x32" shop roof ourselves only to watch it leak, everywhere, all winter long because there was nearly zero pitch. Jesse from Washington Roofing Co. saved us from having to completely tear it down to the frame again and offered to "bury it like a bad dream" using a composite sheet material called Duralast. They put it on yesterday and today is the first day of a much lesser-stressed life. The crew was professional and friendly, and Jesse was excellent to work with throughout the process.
