I am very pleased with the service I received from Kurt Koistinen. He responded quickly to my call for help when my roof started leaking. He was punctual, very informative, and explained where he thought the leak was coming from. He even took before and after pictures so that I could see what he was talking about. Kurt and his crew did a great job with our roof for a reasonable price and in a short amount of time. He took a lot of care to make sure our dog didn't get out in the process, and when they detached a cable from the roof and forgot to tack it back up, Kurt came back out within minutes and had it rectified. This guy provides excellent customer service and really cares about the quality and attractiveness of your investment. He and his guys were a pleasure to work with!
