A big thank you to DaBella, Andrea, and Nick, the head installer plus his team! We got the windows installed and the whole job was completed professionally and the double paned windows are beautiful! They keep our home warm with no drafts and are such an improvement! We were absolutely pleased through this entire process!Andrea was highly professional and very helpful in the process of buying new windows. She made the whole experience a very enjoyable one and we are VERY pleased with our window purchase. She gave us a very informative presentation and answered all of our questions. Update: Our front window was installed, but with gaps that we can see our of! Meaning bugs,the weather,etc can get in and basically damage our new window! We've been trying since August of 2023 to get in touch with someone to correct this, and have been told by Diane, in Redmond, that it's our fault. Honestly, I can't wrap my head around that one...stay tuned for more issues with DaBella.Poor choice of a name, considering it is a combo of the owners children's names. If this is how they choose represent themselves as a company, disappointed!-------------------'--------------------'-----------------------Our initial experience was decent, until:the day of installation, where we were informed that two of our windows had been broken during transport. No big deal, we thought, however about a year after our initial contract with the company we are still waiting to have our front window, and side window to be installed and corrected. Our front window was a custom size, and I understand that it may be a difficult process, however that's the window they assessed to be the most damaged containing mold within the panes of glass and all of the seals are broken....so to say the least we are not happy with the overall quality and outcome of the Redmond. I had major difficulty reaching them once I had ordered windows. It took seven phone calls over four weeks for me to talk to a local person. Then they jumped into gear. I'm happy with my windows. They are great quality, and the installation crew got all ten installed in one afternoon. But I've been turned off by occasional pushiness, rushing my decisions. They seem more interested appearing good to work with than actually being easy to work with. Sadly, my project had a bad start, good middle, and sour end.

I first contacted DaBella concerning the eroding drain caulk in our recently installed master shower on the first of February. I followed this with two inquiry emails and have called corporate twice, yet I have not heard anything from them. They were eager to get our money and slow on customer satisfaction. Do your research before signing the contract.

April and Luke were very professional and helpful. We have leaks and are steering away from another metal roof. We are so happy we're getting our new roof in a couple weeks. Chris McMullin and Eban Smith came to my house in Bend, Oregon at the appointed time, introduced themselves, presented credentials and verified they were authorized by DaBella Corporate Office. My dog Chester liked both gentlemen.They did a thorough job of determining the square footage of siding on my house using photographs as data to a mainframe yielding an exact estimate with various materials and costs options. Visual aids were excellent with corporate history of successful sales and customer satisfaction rating of 4.6 out of 5.These two DaBella representatives gave an excellent presentation.Thank you.

I honestly have no idea how to accurately review this company. The bottom line is they did the job (eventually) and well, but I would not do business with them again. So I gave them three stars.The good: I am very happy with the product (so far) and the installation (which is outsourced by DaBella to subcontractors). The windows I believe are an improvement over my old windows in terms of efficiency and I have no complaint.The bad: Dealing with Dabella on getting the job completed. Everything up until installation went pretty smoothly. The salesperson told me it would take a couple of days to finish installation. The project manager said that was not a reasonable expectation based on the size of the job once it started. It wasn't a big deal, I was just confused why sales was giving me an unreasonable expectation of time to complete.Problems began when a part for one of the windows couldn't be installed. I was assured repeatedly that the part would arrive soon, but it took two months and me continually asking about the part. Meanwhile, I had the trim cut off on a large window in the front of our house for nearly two months.When the job was nearly done (other than the missing window/part), DaBella sent someone to collect payment, but before the job was actually done. The job was not materially done, most of the sealing of the windows on the inside still needed to be done at that point. I agreed to close my account and pay in full with the promise of the final window being installed soon to help them close their books at the end of a month, but it still took nearly 5 weeks after to finish the job.Anyway, again the summary is the windows and installation/installers were fine, but dealing with DaBella's project manager and customer service was a headache I wouldn't repeat.

The whole experience, from my first call to inquire about an estimate to the day after installation when I received a call checking on my satisfaction, has been exemplary and professional from the team at DaBella. I met with Preston & Michelle in the beginning to talk about options and get an estimate for my tub/shower to walk-in shower remodel. Both were very personable, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. Full disclosure - I already had an estimate from another local-and highly recommended company, that came in under the estimate I received from DaBella (almost 4K under) - but because of the care I received from Preston and Michelle - not to mention this job would be a 1-day install vs 4-day from the other company (I only have 1 bathroom - so 4 days would have been miserable!!) the extra money was worth every penny.At the day of install - Jamie & Phil with Preferred Bath were my install team - and nothing short of professional and proficient. They even took extra time to let my dog (protective pitbull) become comfortable with them going in and out of my house. I also much appreciated the care they took to assure my dog didn't escape out an open door as I live on a very busy city street/intersection.The icing on what was already a very delicious cake came when Madison called me the next day to see how satisfied I was with the product and install of my new walk-in shower.DaBella is truly a quality and consumer-centric company and I will be happy to share my experience with ANYONE looking for a bathroom remodel.Services: General construction, Installation, Waterproofing, Remodeling

Rude, pushy door to door salesman. These guys always knock on my door at dinner time. My wife politely told them she wasn't interested, and the guy stepped toward the door and belittled her for not even knowing what they were selling. I'm not interested means get off my property, not block my doorway and spew out your scam pitch.Also, everyone should know, any good reviews on Google are incentivized by discounts and shouldn't be trusted. This company is well known for shoddy work, missed deadlines and inferior materials.

Tristan came out to provide an estimate to replace our siding. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He gave us all of the information that we needed to make an informed decision, without being pushy. We felt very at ease with him, because he treated us like family and we would gladly work with him again! Even though we couldn't make a deal, we feel that we were able to create a professional friendship that will encourage us to consider DaBella again soon.

When our screen door came bent when they installed the Sliding Glass Door they said they would replace it. We had to call and call to get them to replace it and when they did it was a very cheap screen door. So cheap that we could not open it easily and there were gaps where flies and bugs would enter. Needless to say we could not use our screen door. Again we called and called. Each time (3) a technician would come out they told us that YES we needed a new screen door. A year and a half later we are still trying to get a functional screen door. I gave them a 2 star because when they installed our windows they did a great job.Service: Installation

My experience with Dabella,Since the beginning they showed us all the options for roof and windows we had, they told us they use GAF materials that they should be the best, also a 50 years warranty that you can transfer if you sell the house.We only decided to change the roof.The installer was so patient and explained me what they sales guys told me in the beginning. He mentioned me that he liked how they have to install the roof deck protection overlapping and not just one layer of it.Now I am checking other roofs and noticing the red flags like bubbling and the overall quality of the job.We are so happy with the final result.Service: Installation

I've had a salesman knock on my door about 5 times. After the third time I asked for them to stop bothering me. The last person to come to my door blew me off and basically said they will continue to show up. It's incredible how disrespectful this company is.I will call the police if DaBella continues to trespass on my property.It's possible I would have considered DaBella's services but they completely ruined that prospect by their utter lack of respect. After seeing other reviews over their aggressive sales practices, it's sad to see I'm not the only one who has had the misfortune of interacting with this company.
