We called on a Saturday night with a drain clog we couldn’t fix ourselves for our property in Three Rivers. Got a call right back letting us know that a service man would call us first thing Sunday morning. Not only did they call us Saturday night but came out first thing Sunday morning! The tech was so prompt, efficient, polite and helpful! Such a relief to get such great service! He was able to identify the issue and arrange another time to come out and fix the problem. Not just a clog but a tree root growing through the pipe! We were so relieved since we do not live up there full time! The BEST! Thank you!

We are so pleased with the work Roto-Rooter did for us to remove 8 feet of tree roots from our sewer line. It was complicated requiring removal of huge tree roots and carefully excavating to avoid other utilities. Donald and his team were patient, friendly, helpful and professional in every way completing the job quickly and efficiently. We would use them again for sure. Thank you so much!

Prompt, friendly service. However, the first time, the service man didn't check to see that there was no leaking of the disposal he fixed. Unfortunately, a cracked in it caused a pretty substantial leak. I had to have them come out a second time and replace the cracked disposal. So I ended up with service call charges and the inconvenience of the water leak.Again, I'd still call them because I think overall they do good work. This time was an unfortunate ( for me) exception.

Lance was a big help in picking out a quality replacement garbage disposal prior to doing the an install. The day of the install Lance was able to arrived earlier than scheduled and completed the garbage disposal removal and install. While he was here he even provided me with much need information regard additional projects I have planed at my residence. I Highly recommend Roto Rooter.

The day before the Super Bowl, I contacted Roto-Rooter (Eugene), due to a washing machine drain pipe that was overflowing into our laundry room every time the machine attempted to drain. I was able to schedule an appointment within an hour of calling. Our assigned Tech, Dominic, arrived, discussed the situation with me and fixed the issue within about an hour. He listened to what we had experienced, what we had attempted to do before calling, and addressed all other questions or concerns in a professional manner! All in all, call-to-fix was about 2 hours and we were able to enjoy the rest of our weekend. Big THANKS to Dominic and team!!

My sewer was backed up so I called them... They were extremely busy but did what they could to get me serviced ASAP. The technician was very knowledgeable and explained the whole process as to what he was doing. He went above and beyond what I expected. I believe his name was Jake. Hats off to you!!! Jacob was awesome. He was able to fix a problem with our sewer line that has plagued us for years. We had a belly in the pipe. He replaced that portion and arranged to have our septic pumped. We are good to go for quite awhile now. Thanks Jacob

We had a leak in our ceiling. It was identified and fixed within two hours of the time they arrived. We had made the appointment the day before, and were pleased with the quick response time and quick repair.

On July 10th, your repair person, Kevin, came out and used a cable and camera to investigate a clog in the pipes and subsequently, unclogged the drains. This took approximately one hour. My tenants were instructed to keep flushing the toilet for 10 minutes after Kevin left, which they did with no problems. They did not request additional repairs and the drains were flowing freely. Problem solved.On July 11th, Kevin returned and performed, unauthorized, additional work even though the clog had been removed the previous day. My tenants were told that if the work was not done, there was a good chance the plumbing would back up again. He pressured them into the additional work without contacting me even though he had my contact information and knew I was the property owner. This should never have been a conversation with the tenants. Kevin should have contacted me on July 10th if he felt additional work was necessary.On July 11th, after performing unauthorized, redundant work, he showed up at the tenants place of business requesting payment. Again, they felt pressured to pay per invoice in the amount of $1525, which they did. Since when does a repairman chase down renters to their place of business to collect payment?It was your service technician responsibility to contact the property owner regarding any additional work to be perform. It is also, by Oregon law, Its the property owner responsibility to pay for repairs such as these on a rental property and only if he/she authorize it.I would not use this plumbing company, period.Dishonest pressure policy. Beware!!!

Main sewer line was blocked by a tree. Tree root was cut out and root killer was put down drain. It all took less than 1.5 hours and was very professionally done. Would use again.

Our sewer was backed so I called around 8:00am and the tech showed up much quicker than I figured at about 9:30am. Thai had our clog diagnosed and fixed in no time. He did an excellent job of explaining all the different services he could provide and gave me solutions I was happy with. Rich & Justin were so incredibly kind, so polite and were thoughtful to include me on what exactly they were doing and what went wrong which prompted this repair. They were patient with me and my kids who were so curious about what was going on. We are on a septic system. Needed the septic tank pumped immediately. We called 6 or 7 companies and received callbacks after leaving messages from only half. Roto Rooter answered the phone and responded quickly in less than 24 hours. Steve and Justin were here and we were taken care of in less than an hour by these two Professionals.
