The receptionist, Susan, is amazing. She was very honest and went above and beyond expectations to cater to our home insurance company and help us save money even if it wasn’t with them. They let us tear off our old roof to save money and even allowed us to borrow their nail magnet to clean up our mess. I truly believe they had our best interest in mind. The crew cranked out the job pretty fast and worked very hard and professionally, communicating very clearly in the morning and asking questions when appropriate. The overall price was much cheaper than any of the other quotes we received. My only complaint is that they finished the roof Friday and didn’t say anything before they left, (they left extra materials and debris around our house until Monday) but didn’t say “we’re done for the day and we’ll pick this stuff up next business day” or anything. We ended up cleaning up the debris. The invoice was very fair and I would go with them again. They really care about their customer satisfaction with the job. I would highly recommend this company to family and friends.

Called them to look at a leak in our roof. They came and then called us with a quote a few days later. Easy scheduling, etc, with a pretty quick turn around from when they send you the quote. We were able to eSign for it, so that was easy.We didn't even need to be home for them to do the roof. They accessed the leak area from when they removed the old roof and fixed it all from there. Although it was 93 degrees they got our roof done in 2 days. Their average time is 1 day but they broke before it got too bad and finished up the next morning.They did a beautiful job and put new vents up. It was very affordable and they had a cancellation so we were able to do the whole process in less than 2 weeks. I don't have a before photo, but there's an after pic.

We worked with the team at Moser to have our roof and gutters replaced. They were very knowledgeable, helpful, accommodating, and their communication was excellent!When the time came to replace the roof, the team worked their tails off in the sweltering heat, kept me updated on progress, and went above and beyond. When we needed a roofing company, I asked around and Moser Roofing was by far recommended more than anyone else. Since then, they replaced our roof, repaired a roof on a rental, installed a metal roof and added new skylights on another rental replaced a roof on a rental, and looked at 2 other rentals which I thought needed replacement roofs but they said I didn’t. I love their honesty, communication, professionalism, and flexibility. They did a great job, were friendly and cleaned up afterwards. I have had the pleasure of using Moser Roofing on two different homes in the last 10 years, and in both experiences they have proven professional, affordable, and go above and beyond what might be expected to back their work and make the homeowner happy. On the first home, while painting a side, I discovered some rot close to the roof, but unnoticed from above. Upon calling Moser to ask about it and how repairs would effect my two year old roof, they sent someone out to replace the rotted wood and thereby maintain my workmanship warranty, only charging me for the replacement materials; this saved me several hundred dollars (or possibly more) I would have paid a contractor! On my new home, I once again have a beautiful, high quality roof, and feel I can rest assured that I have a company known for professionalism and integrity backing it. Thank you, Moser Roofing! Moser saved the day! After the February ice storm I had multiple holes in my roof, huge tree limbs coming through the ceiling, and water everywhere. While I was able to remove some of the debris and get a makeshift tarp up, the damage was only going to get worse. Moser was the absolute best when I called, everyone was busy because of the storm, but they called me back right away, sent out a crew to properly tarp my holes, and scheduled me for repairs soon after. The repairs are perfect, can't even tell! Of all the contractors and services I needed in the months that followed, Moser was by far the best company I dealt with. Moser Roofing has inspected and made minor repairs on my roof regularly over the past 17 years. They always fairly stated the life expectancy of the shingles without trying to get me to prematurely replace a roof that had more life in it. It's now 25 years old and soon time to re-roof, and you can bet your @$$ I know who I'm calling to perform the work.Fair price, quality work, great people and a Great company!Update December 2018:Got our new roof last week and we are DELIGHTED! The crew arrived as promised, they were thorough and professional, finished it timely, cleaned up spotlessly, and two different supervisors came by to double check the work and make sure we were satisfied. We most definitely are.As great as the work was, probably the most impressive thing to me was the attitude of the workers. To a man they were smiling, singing, and happy throughout the 1-1/2 days they were here. I seriously doubt you can have employees that happy if you run a bad company.

The people are great and workers skilled. Communication though doesn't always get through the different levels. For example, area of leak and associated problems with gutter not communicated by person doing initial bid to office; information given to receptionist re: caution about need to cover skylight with easily scratchable surface not given to crew. I believed I had requested cedar trim boards during walk through with crew supervisor did he not remember my telling him this. The crew members later told me the trim boards were cedar when they were not, though the supervisor clarified and corrected this. They did fix everything in the end and are exceptional about making sure you are satisfied with the job. I would recommend following up with all verbal communication by email or text and making sure you are at home during the job and able to ensure that anything you particularly wanted done is being done. Supervisor not generally on site so important to have his cell number. Supervisor was able to respond very quickly when contacted.

One of our neighbors had a new roof put on. The crew parked behind our car that was in our garage . It took them 2 day to reroof a small place. It was a one day job. I went out the next day to find nails on my driveway along with old roofing on the ground. The wife went to tell them about it. They did come over to clean up. The wife went back out only to find they did sweep but found another nail. The owner of the company should inspect his jobs every day. Not good business practice. I would avoid these guy at any cost.

I saw a driver in a black Moser truck almost hit an old man, and when the old man told him to slow down, he got into a shouting match and was provking the old man into a fight. Thankfully everyone in the parking lot had the old mans back. Driver was a super rude man and I would never do business with him.
