Bill and his crew did an excellent job with a complete renovation of our kitchen. From the early planning stage to the completion of final details, Bill was consistently eager to understand what we wanted, responsive to our hopes for the project, and always helpful with his own ideas and feedback based on his many years of experience. He was also helpful in guiding us to the best vendors and made several key suggestions that helped bring everything together perfectly.The guys on the crew were consistently awesome. They were punctual, professional, pleasant, highly skilled professionals who took obvious pride in their work, right down to the smallest details. It was abundantly clear that they would not be happy with the project if we were not completely satisfied. We had high expectations going into this long-awaited renovation, and they exceeded them.Our bathroom is up next for a major overhaul, and we wouldn't think of pursuing it unless we can get Bill and his crew on the job.

We hired Bill and his team to do a full remodel on our extremely dated bathroom, which was the only one in our house. We wanted to remove a small hallway, and a closet to give us enough room to turn the one bathroom into two fulls. Bill's expertise meant that he took all of our ideas and not only made them happen - he made them better.Right from the beginning he was always on time, very quick to respond to questions and give updates, and transparent about pricing and timelines. When it came time for the remodel he and his crew were always prompt, extremely tidy and super knowledgeable. All of his workers and tradespeople were fantastic to work with.The end result of our bathroom - turning one weird layout into 2 full bathrooms - came out perfect. Bill came in on budget (with any updates discussed well ahead of time) and ahead of schedule. Bill and his team were awesome to work with. They were always responsive, easy to communicate with, honest and very pleasant. If I decided on something at the last minute during the reno they were quick to adapt and make it happen without any backlash. There attention to detail and quality of work was amazing. They noticed things my eyes never saw and took care of it which was appreciated. Turned out they were the picky ones, not me which confirmed I had chosen the right contractor. They gave me my dream kitchen, laundry room and bathrooms along with the fun HGTV experience! I can't thank them enough and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a contractor. I had Bill help repair a plumbing problem in one of our rental properies. He had to remove kitchen cabinets so the plumber could get to the wall to repair plumbing.Bill was punctual and very meticulous in his approach to the project. The tenants were pleased that the job was done quickly and with a minimum of disruption to their schedule. They said that at the end of the each day, the kitchen was totally cleaned.The job was done on time and in budget.

We worked with Bill and his (talented) team for a full kitchen renovation and mudroom addition. Included basement excavation, removing exterior wall with structural reinforcement (to enlarge kitchen), and new 8x15 mudroom off the side of our house. Our compliments to the guys on all aspects of this job. Custom cabinets- beautiful. Plumbing- top notch. Carpentry- solid as a rock. Of all the contractors I inquired and messaged, Bill was the only one to respond to me right away to let me know they are busy and not currently doing estimates. I appreciate that so much because he was prompt to respond and very communicative. Hope in the future I’ll be able to book Bill for a home project!

Reached out to them, twice, via the website message feature. After not getting any reply after the first message, I sent a followup message. I even asked that, if they were too booked to take on any new projects, no problem but could they please give me the courtesy of at least replying to tell me so. Never did hear from them. My recommendation is: dont waste your time. Look elsewhere. That's what we did. I'm sure he'll respond, asking "why the negative review, we've never done work for you, and never even met." Yeah, no kidding!

Won't even do an estimate for my mom. I guess the dream was to open a business that one day would turn people away. It was a 50/50 recommendation anyway. The person who recommended them only had a small job done (relative to their house) and the other person said don't bother but I gave then a shot anyway. Got a msg they don't do estimates anymore?
