We have been somewhat confused by their service, responsiveness and other aspects of their business. Their crew did an excellent job of installing our roof at what we were told was an agreed upon price. They have seemingly gone back to our insurance company for a number of supplemental expenses. (We have not been involved but have received added claims amounts) At the completion of the installation, their lead person told us that it was straightforward and that they incurred few unanticipated issues. Without further communication from Jeranco, this leaves us both confused and concerned.Their lead had agreed to purchase and install new shutters for us. We've received a few responses on that situation, but no plan or commitment after many weeks in spite of numerous emails from us.Our happiness with the quality installation has faded with these aspects of their performance since that time.Services: Roof repair for storm & wind damage, Roof repair

Great customer service! Communication skills are on point and not overpromising at all. Despite previous reviews, from one professional that's in customer service to another, there's just some people you can't satisfy if you give them the world. Great quality, and will continue to recommend all my friends and family. Rob is the guy to see! He was professional and genuine.

This business solicited me at my home about my roof. I had another roofer in mind but since this company stopped by I thought I'd give them a shot. They made a lot of promises about being able to get the insurance to cover my roof. I got the insurance company to look at my roof and forwarded the information to Jeranco. Its at that point that I stopped hearing from them completely. After my 3rd or 4th time reaching out and getting no response, I told them to forget about it . I found it to be unprofessional.

Was very disappointed. Gentlemen was very nice that came to summit a price. After a week tryed to contact. No reply. Called number for company and another company answered. That gentlemen came right out and I had a contract in one hour. Jeranco needs to update their website and return calls.
