Even though the winter presented difficulties, Brink Roofing was accommodating, gave a reasonable estimate, and quickly scheduled our repair. During a hectic season, they demonstrated a noteworthy commitment to client service. The leaks were repaired and the repair was finished quickly. 5 out of 5 stars!

I called Brink roofing to come out to our condominium complex to give us an estimate to replace our roofs. They did come out and did look at our roofs and I was told I would receive an email within a week with an estimate. It has been a month and still no estimate. I called 3 different times to ask for the estimate and was told that I would receive a call back. Still waiting. I most certainly will not do business with people whom do not feel the need to do as the say that they are going to do.

They where referred to me for a roof job. From the start to the finish it was top notch service. They cared about the Neibors and made sure they where on the job full time until the job was complete. I have used a lot of contractors in my years and by far they where the most professional. The price was great and the quality was the best I have seen. I would recommend them to anyone who if looking for a new roof or a roof repair . I look forward to them to do my mothers roof next year. Thanks again for the great experience. My wife and I bought our first house about 5 years ago. When buying the house we were told that the roof was "new". After living there for about a year we noticed that the "new" roof around the chimney was leaking. A short time later the roof also began to leak in a couple other spots.Since we had a warranty on the house we had a claim adjuster come out and give his suggestions as to what they would like to have fixed. We decided to contact several roofing companies including Brink Roofing to get a quote on the work the adjuster wanted done.Right from the start I was very impressed with Brink. The owner himself, Kyle Brink, came out to put together a quote for us. He was extremely personable and even took the time to go over all the info and pictures that the claim adjuster sent us. After listening to all our concerns he began his inspection which he did for about 3 hours. This made me very happy as every other company we had had out before him took mere minutes to do their inspection.A few days later Kyle contact me with his inspection findings and his quote. He had found MANY problems with our roof, several that the claims adjuster didn't even catch, and recommend a full roof replacement. Kyle even offered to work with my claims adjuster directly so that I didn't have to be the middle man. After working with them very closely, Kyle was able to convince the insurance company to completely cover ALL the costs so that our roof could be replaced.Kyle continued to work with us on scheduling and even helping us pick out the singles we wanted. Then his crew began work. The crew, led by Rick, was just as personable, knowledgeable and diligent as Kyle was. They arrived on time every day and did all they could to make sure our property would remain clean and undamaged. They listened closely to my requests and even removed an old satellite dish for me. They would ask my opinion on things throughout the project to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted.The overall work took approximately 3 days and when all was said and done everything looked amazing! Our yard and gardens were in as good of condition as they were when the project started. It's been about a year since Kyle and his crew replaced our roof, fixed our chimney and secured our soffit and I'm happy to say that everything still looks as good as the day it was finished. We sleep soundly on stormy nights knowing that our new roof will keep us safe and dry.Thank you Kyle, Rick and everyone at Brink Roofing. You're truly a class act.

We called Brink Roofing to get an estimate for some damage to our roof from a recent storm. I spoke to the owner Kyle, and he promptly provided information and recommendations on how best to proceed given the condition of our roof. Time was of the essence and another major rainfall or high winds could have done further damage. Kyle personally oversaw the work and made sure that we were kept updated throughout the entire process, and before the next week (when it ended up raining off and on for about 4 days), our roof was completely fixed and ready for this upcoming winter. We simply cannot thank them enough for their hard work in getting our roof fixed! It is a huge relief knowing that the roof is weatherproof heading into winter. I am very satisfied with the quality of work and professionalism of Brink roofing and I'm happy to recommend them to anyone who might need any roof related work done. Thank you!!

Called Brink roofing for a estimate the owner Kyle came out sat with me about a hour and a half explaining things. They started my roof had questions on certain things they were doing on my roof. Talked to Kyle again he came out and took care of the issues. even when job was in middle of progress had had a issue he came to my house on sunday during the big rain storm we had and got up on my roof and took care of it till his crew could come back the following day. Treated me with respect to my concerns. Thank You.

I absolutely love brinks. They are so professional. And I always recommend them. It's hard for me because I don't know much when it comes to roofing and leaks. So I could really tell while I was getting estimates that some people were trying to talk me into spending way more than I needed to. The men at brinks were so honest with me. Telling me how I can save money and what I really need done. And I so very much appreciate that. My roof looks awesome. No leaks what so ever! Not one single drop! Thank you again for so much patience and honesty and such a wonderful job on my roof. I couldn't be happier.

I am torn! In the past, they have been super! Quick response, stayed late to fix problems, no issues with lifetime warranty. Last month they showed up on the same day I called, due to warranty work for leaking I had in my sunroom. 2 weeks ago, same issue, so I left a message with their answering service and no response. Next morning, more leaking so I called a second time, and still nothing. Lifetime warranty is worthless if you can't get someone to show up or even call back...what happened to the old Brinks?

Brinks came out house to fix a leaking roof. They looked at the roof, said we needed to re-shingle a part of the roof and add ice guard. They took a $1200 check, cashed it immediately, and never came back. No tarp on the roof, no follow up, no return phone calls to messages we left. We checked with other contractors, and they said ice guard WOULD NOT HELP THE SITUATION, BECAUSE WE ALREADY HAVE IT.. We Got our money back via check after posting this review with a note saying '"THE GOOGLE REVIEW WAS NOT TRUE, AND IT WILL BE THERE FOREVER." I stand corrected on the getting the money back, they did do a refund. For this I am grateful.

Contacted them Tuesday night because ice under the shingles led to a leak in my living room. Came out the next day for a free estimate which they sent that night via email. I called to schedule and was told the only time was the next week but scheduled anyway. Got an email back that the owner, who I had contacted before, had kept an emergency slot open for me to help save my ceiling. They came out, protected my glass door, and remove several 300-500 lb icicles from the front. The leak stopped even before they left. Quick professional service, gave me the option of only clearing the damaged area which save me money, and pushed my appointment ahead because of ongoing damage. When we get the roof and insulation repaired this summer we are definitely calling them.

Came to do the free inspection a few weeks ago and was told that they might not do the job due to existing slate. I can't help that the house was built in the 1800s. The inspector TOOK the measurements and did not do the professional thing and that was to call and let me know either way like he said he would. I guess they are too busy taking the jobs that are easier money grabs. Was also told that they do not do decorative style just the cheap stuff. I mentioned metal roof was a possibility and he said that wasn't a good kind to go with.I think it's discriminatory to pick and choose jobs when someone is willing to pay you for your time.
