I wish I could give a billion stars. I can not say enough great things about the team that arrived today - Rodin, Samatha Lopez, Floor, Kerri and Jonathan - all were beyond exceptional!!! They were so hardworking and so professional but above all else - that were so compassionate to me and what happened to my house. I cannot recommend them enough. They are simple the best- and thank you to all of them for everything you did for me. You are truly a stellar group of people.

Our house was severely impacted due to a storm. 80% of our home was damaged. Anthony and his crew from Servpro came first thing in the morning and took charge with the damages. They were polite,neat,hard working and sufficient. After they were done with the demo work. Kenny and his crew put our house back together again. They took their time with detail and care. Communicated on a regular to make sure that everything top notch to our liking. Overall they all did an amazing job,. This was a VERY tough thing to go through but these guys made it easier. We will never be able to thank them enough. We had a disaster on Saturday afternoon when the sewer backed up flooding the first floor and the basement. Fortunately, my brother-in-law knew to call Mike from ServePro to clean up the mess. Mike sent out a great team within a couple of hours the cleaned up and placed drying and disinfecting equipment. He sent out another great team on Monday to take up the damaged floors and remove the contaminated items. By Tuesday, Sam and Rodvin were able to confirm that everything was dry and were able to remove the drying and disinfecting equipment. If you need a great way to fix your disaster, then call this team.

At a time of crisis, like this on a Monday morning, I needed the reassurance everything was going to be ok. DO NOT USE SERVPRO OF MEDIAHorrible. I paid their initial 60% fee the moment the invoice was sent. Receipt of final invoice occurred in the middle of a family emergency (father ER for heart failure then admitted). On the 7th day I received this threatening phone message with no prior courtesy call:Hi this is Melissa calling from Servpro. Reaching out because we're trying to collect the final payment on the work that we performed looks like Karen sent out an invoice about seven days ago for the balance $xxxx. Looks like you haven't made a payment yet so if you don't make payment by the end of the day tomorrow, we're gonna have to send it to collections. We called ServPro when our geothermal unit sprang a leak and water sprayed all over our utility room and ran into our crawl space. We called late on a Saturday night and a crew came out by Sunday afternoon. They installed fans and a dehumidifier to dry out both the room and crawl space to avoid mold growth. Sam and Robin came back twice to monitor and a third time to remove the equipment. They were polite, professional and on time each day.
