We had a whole house mini split system put in by Vitale and Son. Everything from the estimate to the finished project was done in a professional manner. They do very neat and clean work and are very knowledgeable about their job. I had them clean my oil furnace and they found and repaired a noise problem that was going on for years and no one could fix.I would definitely recommend Vitale and Son for all your HVAC needs.

I can not say enough good things about Vitale & Son! These guys are a well oiled machine! We recently had AC installed along with a new sump pump and the service was impeccable. We purchased our Pocono home in Sept 2022 and after renovating was not sure if our 2 split A/C --Heaters were in good working order. The units we have we not a brand that Vitale & Son installs or works on as there are issues getting parts and support from the manufacturer. Joey the owner was super informative and explained if we would like he could still send out a tech to do an overall assessment and could do basic cleaning/ service as needed. We scheduled the appointment and was happy that Nick (our service tech) texted 30 minutes before arriving and would be on time.Nick entered my home wearing booties with out being asked and began his assessment. To my surprise he said the unit were functioning properly and looked in good order and would need a basic cleaning.Before starting Nick placed a floor tarp to cover our floors from any debris that might come off the unit. Nick was polite/careful/informative and very professional. He did an amazing job not only on the A/C units but also the respect for our home. I can't say enough about the whole experience. Vitale & Sons exceededour expectations and were honest and fair in their pricing.

Vitale and son are fantastic for both small and large jobs. They replaced my broken septic pipe, which required work both inside and outside of my home, as well as removing a large tree. I had a main water line break at my house. The plumber that was recommended from the HOA could do the repair, which required excavating 4ft down to repair the break, but he wasn't going to be able to do it for 4 weeks! The whole house had no water. Call Vitale & Son, left my information with the person who answered the phone. I got a call be in 20 minutes from Joseph, told him my issue and he said they were finishing up a job and could take a look at in an hour. 1 hour later he shows up and had already talked to his excavator guy about available. He looked at my job, quoted me a similar price and started the job right away. They actually started the job mid-afternoon, most contractors would have pushed me off till at least the next day. The excavator guy showed up and another Vitale & Son plumber in another truck arrived, they had everything they needed in the trucks and were in and out. After days of calling a listing of providers on Google, this company actually answered their phone and came out the same day to my aunt’s house. Mind you this is during an arctic blast. He was very thorough, checking the entire system, including the plumbing. He was very kind to my aunt and my mother who has dementia. He even made friends with our dog, Forrest Gump, the stubborn dachshund! I highly recommend this company and will use them for all our heating, cooling and plumbing needs. We have used Vitale and Son twice now and can’t believe we can only give 5 stars. I would give 100 if I could. They have been responsive, professional, so, so fast and efficient. They resolved our issue twice. They have an absolutely reasonable rate as well. They don’t know this but we were ripped off over the holiday’s by a “plumber” who charged us an arm and a leg. We bathed from pots of hot water we heated from the stove because we had no hot water. We had a tiny stream of cold water and were defeated on xmas after being left with no resolution. After 15 minutes with Vitale and Son, our hot water was back, running, and the cold water pressure is back. Thank you thank you thank you for all you have done.Service: Plumbing pipe repair

My husband and I are new to the area and shortly after moving in, we found out we had a leak in our water line outside. We had one company suggested to us and after a day on the job we were told they couldn’t handle the issue and we were basically on our own. My husband found Vitale on a Friday afternoon and by Friday night we already had a time set up to meet with them. Super friendly and responsive. On time, organized and friendly. We spoke for a few minutes for him to get a pulse on the unit and ideals so we set an appointment (vs an emergency call which they also offer). When Joe and Nick came out, they were prompt knowledgeable,friendly, and clean (masked) with their servicing. They had parts in possession ready if needed. We also chatted about potential future water plumbing and other proactive oil tank options.Good stuff.. good guys

Amazing experience! They came to my home expecting to do a regular cleaning but since the furnace had not run in over two years there were many issues to be solved. They spent the extra time to take care of the issues and didn't break my bank. Joey was the best!! Our family home, unfortunately, was not weather protected due to unforeseen circumstances and all our pipes burst in the dead of winter. Joey came out on the edge of the weekend for an emergency visit to come check it out and helped access the damage before it got worse. I was desperate and he was the only company that answered me!!The following week Anthony came by to fix all the pipes himself and was so nice and hardworking.
