Our roof had been damaged by a storm. As you know the whole situation was extremely stressful...and then I was referred to Profesional Grade LLC. Stephanie and Stefanos made this difficult situation easy. Extremely professional but friendly. They answered all my questions without making me feel that We were just another job. The roofing crew was very respectful and did their best not to disrupt our life. The house and the yard was immaculate when the job was complete. I decided to upgrade the shingles and it was the best decision I made. The whole job was completed in a very short time.The finished product was outstanding! Professional Grade replaced our roof and stripped and stained our deck in 2023, and we were extremely happy with both jobs! They communicated at every step of the processes and their crews were friendly and a pleasure to work with. We got many quotes for each job and their prices were competitive if not outright the best.Our deck in particular was a herculean task, with a mix of new and old wood and a lot of leftover, deeply embedded stain from the previous owners. We recently purchased a home and were looking to have renovations to update the house prior to our moving in from out of the area. We were unsure of which company to use, as we were not familiar with the area, and after reading the reviews for Professional Grade LLC, we contacted them to discuss the work we wanted done. We found Stefanos and Stephanie to be very courteous and professional and they had great ideas for our kitchen renovation, which would maximize the efficiency of the space. In addition to the kitchen renovation, we had an interior wall reshaped, and new hardwood flooring and additional lighting installed, and painting throughout our house. We can’t speak highly enough of Stefanos, Stephanie and their crew. They are very friendly, professional and flexible. Stephanie and Stefanos responded to all of our emails, texts and phone calls in a timely manner, which we very much appreciated, and we can’t thank them enough for their patience with several last minute styling changes and sample requests. All of our requests for additions/changes to design or components were handled quickly and efficiently. We are very happy with our beautiful kitchen and the renovations that Professional Grade LLC made to our new home and highly recommend them!

I can’t compare because I chose this company on a suggestion from a neighbor. My preconceived notions of roofing were all wrong. An army of roofers and all kinds of technology completed the project in one day, hence minimal disruption. When the threat of a snowstorm required a faster pick up of leftover materials, it was done without delay. The experience was much less painful than expected.

Choosing a contractor is always stressful. It's expensive and disruptive if you tearing up your home.We've been using Professional Grade to renovate our new home, and they have been GREAT. Responsive, present attentive, and fully engaged not only in planning the work, but they've also been helpful in explaining what they're doing, and making suggestions as they've become more familiar with us and our goals. We've finished two phases of renovation and are starting on the third. I'll definitely be calling them first for future projects. I had 2 decks replaced, outside painting, siding repairs, and some new lighting put into my kitchen. I wasn't sure what to do with the kitchen to get more light, but Stefanos talked to me about a few different approaches. The decks turned out beautiful and the kitchen is now well lit. We used Stefanos and his company to complete an interior remodel and a brand new exterior deck. After originally starting a project with another contractor who didn’t complete the job fully or correctly, we went to Professional Grade LLC to save our project. His work is stellar. He truly pays attention to every detail, easy to get in contact with, kept us informed with progress along the way, honest, completed the work in a timely manner, and very fair with pricing. I recently had the roof on my house and shed done. Old removed and new installed. Stefano and Stefanie helped every step of the way. They listened and provided options and proved to be very knowledgeable. They encouraged us to take our time, get 2nd opinions or anything else we needed to help us make the best decision we could. NO PRESSURE was put on us to make a decision. When the time came they arrived as promised with a full crew. The men worked with precision each knowing what their function was, without having to stop and ask one another what to do next. The job was completed in a day, clean up too. I am very pleased with the end results, and working with this couple and their team. I highly recommend them, and I am having them do another project very soon. Someone working nearby saw them at work and was very impressed at how well they worked together and the speed and quality of the work.

I hired this company and the work Stephanos did was great. I began a flooring project for my trailer but couldn't complete the work due to personal health issue. I contacted Stephanos via Angie's list and he came and said he would complete the work that I started. We agreed on a price and he completed the work within a day. On that day, he bought in all the tools necessary to do the work and began immediately without any delay. From the underlayment to the placing of the vynal floor panels to the 3/4 inch trims. He did the floor under the stove and refrigerator. The work that he did was magnificent. My wife and I love our new floor. Our place looks so much more nicer than before with that ugly rug gone. Stephanos is very good at this type of work and hes easy to talk to. He said his company does landscaping and I am considering to use his services again for that purposes.

I needed a rip and replace of my the roofs on my home and garage in PA. I contacted five (5) contractors for quotes. Stefanos and Stephanie worked closely with me to make sure I chose the best material and warranty within my financial situation. I chose the CertainTeed AR with the 4 Star Warranty. Stefanos' quote for this particular material and warranty was the best by well over $1K.Stefanos' roofing team was composed on nine (9) workers, which were led by Eduardo Longinos. These guys completed both roofs on my 2000 Sq Ft home and 800 Sq Ft garage in ONE day. They started at 0730 and continued through 2100 (9PM) with only a single short meal break. Omar, Eduardo's brother, was amazing to watch. He was incredibly fast, while dealing with all the seams and flashing where my front overhang met the primary portion of the home.On the second day, two members of the crew (Omar and one other gentleman) returned to clean up the home. They spent hours looking for every single nail with powerful magnets and any piece of roof debris. They even cleaned out the leaves in the rear, since they had mixed with some of the roof debris. So they actually left the home cleaner than when they got there.This is the third roof I've had replaced recently. I've had one done in my home in Rhode Island and another in my home in Brooklyn, NY. I have never had a crew so meticulously clear all all nails and debris. This crew is nothing short of amazing. My wife and I, have always spent days cleaning mess left after the roof installations.I highly recommend Stefanos and his roofing crew led by Eduardo Longines!!!!

I contacted Professional Grade Llc to come look at a support beam at my house a beam that supports my sunroom which is 26 foot feet long and had water and carpenter ant damage it was in danger of collapsing it was not an easy job to do but Stefon and Stephanie came out and looked at it and not only explain to me how they would do it and do it right but also explain to me why it happened and what could be done to prevent it from happening again I was very impressed with Stefon‘s knowledge and professionalism I have several more projects that I want to do around the house and I am definitely going to use Professional Grade Llc Stefon is great to work with and his crew is very nice as is he I gave him five stars I would get more if it was allowed I would definitely recommend them
