When we decided to add a greatroom onto our house we did a lot of research. We were so glad to finally find Jon and L.E.A.D.E.R construction. Jon was able to take my husband's design ideas and deliver exactly what we were looking for. Jon and his crew were careful and punctual and he was happy to explain what they were doing at each step of the process. When we decided to buy a neighbor's hot tub and incorporate it into the project, Jon and his crew even helped move the tub into our yard. Nearly a year after the project, we discovered the dryer vent running under the addition had torn and come loose. Jon came out within a matter of days and replaced it with something even sturdier. Once we're ready to move forward with landscaping plans and a kitchen renovation, Jon will be at the top of our list.

I couldn’t be happier with my new garage. Jon worked with me to help design the layout and location. He supplied me with CAD designs to help visualize the finished product. His contract was itemized and detailed so you knew exactly what you were paying for and the rights of both parties. I have a few other projects in mind and I will definitely be hiring L.E.A.D.E.R. Construction for all of my future contracting needs.
