Love, love, love the work that Edward Griffin Remediation did on our home. We needed the stucco removed from the entire house and replaced with Hardie plank and the windows replaced with Andersen windows. EGR also added stone work on the front of the house and some decorative tin roofing at our request to enhance the look. The work was well managed and completed quickly. The crews all had their top notch specialties and were always courteous. We highly recommend Edward Griffin Remediation.

We used Edward for stucco remediation and replacement siding, new roof, new windows, new shutters, new gutters, new downspouts, new deck, new stone on the front, new front portico, and various internal painting projects. There is NO better option in these parts than Edward Griffin Remediation. EVERYTHING was done very professionally. We had significant water issues with our 25 year old stucco finished exterior. It is so tight now, it would probably float. His work is done to meticulous perfection. The contractors he uses are among the very best and he doesn't scrimp on materials, only the highest quality, best reputation manufactures and supplies will be put on your home. He is friendly, cooperative, and makes very good suggestions (he recommended an overhang for our 3 bay garage that came out beautifully). We entertained 3 other providers, before we met with Edward. His estimate was not only very competitive, but, by far, the most detailed and comprehensive. It took us no time at all to recognize that he was the guy for us. You will be VERY happy you chose him!

We were in the unfortunate situation with a fully wrapped stucco home in need of remediation. I met with six different companies to review the project, learn about different techniques and get pricing. We chose Edward Griffin and could not have made a better choice.Edward Griffin Remediation was not the least or most expensive but offered the best value. They are true craftsman, we used Hardy Board, real stone veneer, and quality materials throughout the entire project. The house is beautiful and we get compliments often. Edward also replaced the windows at a great value.Edward and Helen were a joy to work with. They were on site everyday other than a few rainy days. I give them my highest recommendation. Edward and his team were hired by us in 2013 to remediate the damages caused by mold as a result of water intrusion in our stucco front. We could see the professionalism in Edward when we first met him and knew our project would be in good hands.From start to finish, they were here for about a couple of weeks, and were careful to minimize the disruption.
