I can’t give AE Talley any higher of a rating. As a real estate investor, I am constantly in need of good, reliable, and quick contractors. Anthony and his crew provided that. I needed him for a full demolition of a commercial property, and he delivered in less than a week. Great communication throughout the entire process as well. Anthony and team did an amazing job on taking down a small old deck and building an outdoor living space for us. We can use the deck night or day, and in any kind of weather where summer we use the ceiling fan and winter we have space for heaters. At night we have flood lights, recessed lighting or low light dimmers and can use many options depending on the occasion. His team came up with the wonderful design within our budget and exactly what we were looking for. His team was reliable, professional and always available me. His company takes pride In their work and is very detailed about the design and executive, and most importantly the timing. He delivers as promised. We highly recommend and will use A&E for many more projects to come.

AE Talley Construction was with us every step of the way with selling my parents home. We had a timeline that we were looking to have them out and he was able to work with us. My parents lived in the Whitman area of Philly and even told us that if we weren't able to get every out he would not have any problem with helping us in that area. We hired Anthony to remodel our outdated south Philly row home. His crew were wonderful to work with as they added an addition, brand new kitchen, all new hardwood flooring, granite counters, island, new siding and 2nd floor deck overlooking the stadiums! We will definitely be using AE Talley again this summer as we plan on going up a 3rd story with a new rooftop deck overlooking the entire city! I would definitely recommend using this crew! A few years ago a storm came through our part of town. The storm caused an old tree to collapse. That collapse took out about an eight foot section of our old wooden fence. Fortunately for me I had previously had home improvement work done by AE Talley that helped me sell my previous home. Once again I called on AE Talley to get repairs done. In less thana week he had a crew dispatched to my present home to repair the fence. They re-used what they could of the damaged fence to help reduce costs. In just over a week after the tree falling our fenced was repaired as if damage had never happened. Another job well done for me by AE Talley Construction.

Kind of funny that they list our home on their website. I guess it photographs well. It was a fix and flip and they did a very low quality job. Most everything had to be redone after we moved in. Talley used the cheapest paint (contractor grade)that quickly peeled. They left a live electrical wire hanging in the basement. Some of the HVAC ducts were completely unattached from the registers. They even swapped the hot and cold water intakes to the washer. Stay away!
