John is very honest, kind and professional. He came out to do a estimate for a chimney liner. I knew he was the guy, when he explained what was wrong. I had another company prior to him come out that shot way over price. They also barely explained anything about the job. All I heard was you need a liner. It's a new mandate. Obviously false. John explained the importance of a liner and it's benefits. He explained the terracotta was deteriorated and showed me with pictures and video, not just with words.I highly recommend John and AAA Chimney Experts! 10 stars across the board!

John did a fantastic job replacing my chimney liner for a very reasonable price. He and his workman Frank were very professional, honest, and communicative. John went above and beyond and did some very minor cement work I needed done free of charge. If I could give John 10 stars I would. He's that good.

Wife and I were without heat. Turns out the problem stemmed from our chimney deteriorating. Called AAA Chimney up and they came out and did a quick survey and gave a free quote the same day that I called. Came back out the following day, on time, got the job done, cleaned, and all quickly and effectively. Definitely recommend.

My chimney liner is still sticking out of my chimney, never inspected the job, never had a contract. Also did not supply invoices. This job started in October and it is now April and the liner remains on my roof. After he was unsuccessful pushing the liner down he admitted he hit an obstruction??? Never used a pull down, the chimney is almost 30’ . Pushing I down was irresponsible and proved he didn’t know what he was doing. Then tried to sell me a 6000$+ exterior chimney. He would have had to break the foundation, but still no plan on paper. So if you are a single woman... don’t trust this company. Always had an excuse why he didn’t show up.

John and his team are rockstars. We had some jabroni fix our chimney about a year ago and he used all the wrong materials which led to a leak in our roof. John explained to me that the danger of carbon monoxide poisoning was present given the materials used, so we decided to move forward. In one day, he and his team ripped out the illegal and dangerous setup and replaced it with a beautiful new chimney liner. John is professional, communicative and if you've had trouble scheduling contractors in the past, John stuck to his word and his schedule. I would highly recommend him for any masonry or chimney work! Go Friars!

John and his team were great. I live in a Philadelphia row house and part of the chimney had a blockage causing the heater not to vent properly. John and his team cleared out the blockage and put in a chimney liner, during the installation they were very courteous and informative when asked questions and they did an outstanding job.

I wish I can give this company a thousand stars! John saved me from paying thousands of dollars!After C&C Chimney Maintenance conned me into paying $350 dollars for a $45 dollar chimney cap and told me that my chimney will collapse if I dont get it repaired asap. They told me it will take $2700 for them to repair it. The man tried to pressure me to let them do the job that instant by scaring me to death. I refused because it is too expensive and I needed other opinions.I called Triple A and John came out to check my chimney and reassured me that my chimney is fine. John did not charge me anything!My family will forever be grateful

I called AAA Chimney Experts when I needed to get the chimney inspected for a house I am in the process of buying. John was very helpful and was able to come out the very next morning. This was especially helpful since time was of the essence. The price was also very reasonable. Hired this company for patch work on the exposed brick and inspection for my chimney. The team that showed up was over 4 hours late without apology, demanded I pay half upfront, which was not previously discussed when the appointment was made previously over the phone. Then 10 minutes later left and stated it was going to rain and they had to come back tomorrow, even though it was 58 degrees and sunny. I told them not to come back and called another company.

I contacted this company to inquire on an estimate for a Chimney liner. However, when the representative answered the phone, he asked where did I live. When I advised the area, he said he lived in Philly for 5 years and never heard of my area "Fern Rock". So as I attempted to name landmarks in the area he cut me of by asking North, South, West Philly. I kindly said if you give me an opportunity to speak I can advise you on where I live. He said have a nice day ma'am and hung up the phone. How rude and I would not suggest calling this company as they have poor customer service.

This is my go to company going forward. These guys are honest, reasonable, and responsive. I never write reviews but I promised I would just as they kept their word in doing a good job. I'm glad I got this referral. Again, my go to company for all things chimneys.

The owner was a no call, no show. 1st appt he called with an array of excuses; 2nd time rescheduled, haven't heard from home again. I had 1 chimneys that required cleaning.
