Apple Roofing took my deposit on June 12, 2019 to replace my roof. They will not give it back. They never started the work. Any time I could get someone on the phone it was always another excuse. I had to call multiple times to ever get someone on the phone. On two different occasions they gave a date when they said the job would start. They never showed. They never called. They do not return calls and they gave me the run around anytime I talked to them.

Excellent company! Very helpful, courteous staff. I have recommended them to several people who need an honest group of people who have very reasonable prices and will do a competent, professional job on your roof. Apple Roofing is at the top of their game and will do top of the line work for you. Thanks for a great job guys and all the help given to me in the process.

I called Apple roofing with a specific request (to access my roof with a minimum ladder height) and was told they could accommodate my request and scheduled an appointment. On the day of the appointment the rep was not equipped with the proper ladder to access my roof. Rep stated he would get the correct ladder and reschedule. We received a call stating that they could return but would have to charge us $150 because their ladder was broke and would need to add equipment to their existing equipment to access my roof. As a business your fee to acquire standard equipment should not be passed on to the consumer. I heard get reviews from the neighborhood, but unfortunately my experience wasn’t great. Wish it was better.

Instead of going with three different contractors to handle each phase (roofing, siding and gutters) going with Apple Roofing to just take care of everything saved us time and money. There was no need for me to contact and coordinate between contractors to do the job. We couldn t be happier that we chose Apple Roofing. I would definitely use them again!

We had Apple put a new downspout on our 2nd floor in 2009. Water had been spilling over our gutter for a while so I set up an appointment for them to take a look since I didn't have a tall enough extension ladder. They arrived right on time, and unclogged the downspout free of charge. I was expecting to be billed, so that was a nice surprise!

Honest and excellent! I had some water leak due to a missing slate on the dormer. Other roofing companies wanted to replace the whole dormer roof. Sean from apple roofing recommended only replacing the broken one. Bryan went above and beyond. He not only replaced the missing slate but also identified another 4 problematic slates and replaced them. He also put down some extra nails on the flashing. There is no more leaks afterwards. Highly recommend them for slate roofing!

Not sure who rates them this high. Just had a totally outrageous call fromI believe their receptionist confirming they were coming tomorrow morning. First, I called over two weeks ago and never heard back. Now the receptionist is confirming an appointment?! When I explained the above she said well I just cancel. I said I did not ask her to cancel but was trying to get clear on an appointment that had not been confirmed. At this point, she hung up on me. I called back immediately but of course she let it go to voice message. Poor, poor. There are far too many professional out there to accept this kind of poor service.

The company techs. repaired a porch roof leak on one of our properties in Philly on 17th St., after a few months the center part of the roof still leaks. Shawn came out two (2) times and stated what he thought problem is but has not come back to resolve. He is not returning my calls now.
