I scheduled an appointment for 4p-7p(after our working hours) through American Water Resources for a home repair. A person named Stan showed up with a Master Repair Services hoodie on at 1:23pm stating he was in the area and here to do the service. (Stan never called ahead of time nor did he come during the scheduled time) the whole conversation is recorded on my ring camera and I would love to send this to your company! After explaining this wasn’t a good time and letting him know we schedule 4p-7p, I asked Stan to confirm the time that was listed for our appointment in his phone, he confirmed it said the correct time of 4p-7p. He then asked so you want me to come back at 7pm? And I stated I would like you to come back at the time we scheduled. Stan walked away cursing and throwing his hands up in the air talking and sped off in his truck. We waited and waited and Stan never came back. We then called to find out what was going on and we were told Stan lied and noted in the comments we canceled and no longer wanted the service. It’s funny how Stan comes unexpected to our home at 1:23p not during the appointment time and doesnt notify us but had a tantrum when he’s asked to come back during the time we requested. Poor service and lack of integrity!

Do not use this business, look elsewhere, there are plenty of very professional, and honest contractors, that take pride in their work, and use skilled tradespeople. This is not one of them.Owner, is unprofessional and should not be in any client facing business. Even boasted that they cheat on clients by installing very cheap materials from Ikea that they upsell. Do not let them anywhere near your property. They are not licensed for residential renovations in Philadelphia, and will use other contractors' licenses to do work. The owner and principal, cannot follow architectural plans, does not project manage, is not communicative, refuses to work with architects, does not like oversight, uses unskilled subcontractors that he underpays and refuses to oversee, and creates very expensive long term problems. Lies about taking appropriate remediation steps in the event regulated toxic building products are found on site. Is unable to handle any change orders, does not observe punch lists, and generally resents working for clients that will not do things his way, and mentioned that several times. Tries to cut corners at every stage and creates artificial emergencies to divert attention from the problems he creates along the way.In our project, they screwed up all the electricals, installed smoke detectors and outlets behind closets, installed discontinued lighting cans, for which no trims exist in the market, and had to be retrofitted at great cost, installed plumbing for toilets, and sinks at wrong heights and locations, all the vents were installed crooked. Drywall was improperly installed, with drywall nails coming through walls, and ceilings and walls looking wavy, and cracks appearing at a lot of corners. They increased our renovations costs by 40% just to fix problems they created. He engaged in deceptive billing, and sent bills that were incomprehensible, and required conference calls and meetings to decipher. After he was fired, he sent a last bill, in which he attempted to charge us for work already paid, refused to explain the invoice after repeated requests, and within 48hrs employed two different attorneys in an attempt to extort additional money from us. He kept personal property he had removed from our property during demolition, and he also kept all flooring and plumbing finishing materials. He falsely claimed that he had sent the invoice more than 30 days prior, and when that did not work, he attempted to threaten us legally, that we had knowingly exposed his workers to toxic materials, when it was he that ignored our warnings of the potential existence of such materials and went ahead with demolition without testing prior, as would be standard practice. When that did not work, he returned for a refund all the finishing materials that we had already paid him for in previous invoices, and used the refunds to pay himself above and beyond the work he had completed.Services: Tile work installation, Home renovations, Bathroom remodeling, Basement remodeling, Tile work replacement, Flooring repair, Carpentry services, Remodeling, Interior structural repairs, Drywall installation, Repair flooring, Plumbing services, Drywall repair
