Roughly 8 years ago I hired one of the (I can do it cheaper) guys, since then I had leaks on 3 different occasions. So after climbing on my roof multiple times thinking I can muck seams etc to fix it and still leaked I gave up and called pace. I used them four years ago on my garage and they did a great job on that.Ernie came out the same day I called and went up to assess the roof.He climbed down and told me that the previous roofer used a peel and stick roof that did not seal properly.He gave me an estimate and agreed on a date.The scheduled day came right after the recent snow storm we had.That morning I got a call from them and I thought it was going to be for a reschedule since there was still inches of snow on ground and roof.But instead it was a call just to say they were getting started.Shoveled work area and roof and completed my new roof that day.I am 100% satisfied and worrying less about my leaking roof. I will recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof or emergency situation based on their prompt response.

My roof started leaking when the snow started to melt. I called PACE roofing and, although they were busy, Ernie fit me in within a week. They did a great job and the roofers were extremely nice and cleaned up when they were finished. I had a small problem with my porch roof and they came out right away to take care of it. I was very happy with their service.

The whole process with Pace Roofing was a great experience. I reached out and was contacted by Ernie the next day, he set up a time to come and see my roof issues, showed up and I had a quote the same day. Once agreed upon he set me up with my appointment day for the replacement. Ernie’s crew showed up early and ready to work. They did not stop the entire time they were here. They cleaned up everything they did and left my house the same way they found it. I got pictures throughout the day with before and after pictures, and honestly, they look great. Pace roofing was responsive, and very reasonable. I would recommend over and over!

We live on a narrow street in a tall house, Ernie and his crew did everything exactly as they promised. He communicated well throughout the job and a few months later even came back to check on the roof free of charge to make sure everything was good. Would recommend to all my friends for sure.

I cannot say enough good things about Ernie and his guys at Pace Roofing. They came out 2 weeks ago when we had a leak and patched the problem area immediately after speaking on the phone. After telling Ernie I would like to replace the roof, he fit us in his extremely busy schedule and sent his guys out at 6am to start the roof before the snow storm. Although the weather was nasty and against them, the roof was completed just in time! The work they did was amazing and the price could not be beat. Again I cannot thank Pace Roofing enough and will definitely recommend/use them in the future. 10/10.

Pace Roofing and Ernie and his team were (i) very professional and knowledgeable, (ii) very responsive (to my many questions!), (iii) fair in pricing (not the lowest but not the highest), (iv) clean-up was awesome, and (v) refreshing to deal with.Others I had called were very short on details and left me feeling uncomfortable. Ernie was all too happy to explain exactly what and how they do things. He was a delight to work with.You can look at others but I will tell you, I looked at a number and couldn't be happier we chose Pace! Resting easy under a new roof with all good feelings - what more could you want??!!

Pace had done the roof on my mother-in-laws house and it needed to be resealed but we couldn’t find the paperwork. Pace didn’t have electronic records that far back and actually went through a manual process to find the information , called us back, and honored the warranty. They did a great job with great service.

The folks from Pace gave me a free estimate that I found reasonable for the substantial amount of work done. They replaced my rubber roof, gutter box, and skylight and gave me a 12-year warranty for less than $3500. They came out the very next day and completed the work before noon. As an out of town home owner, it was important for me to hire a contractor that would be available to answer my questions, provide timely feedback about the project and keep me updated along the way. Pace Roofing did just that. We were delayed by the rain for this project but they kept me informed each step of the way. They even called me on a Sunday to confirm that the weather looked good for Monday and they would be at my property on Monday morning at 08:30am and guess what, they showed up on time and finished the work as promised (I received photos of the completed work as soon as it was done). I had a roof badly in need of repair. I found Pace Roofing via Yelp and their reviews looked good. I put in a web request for a free estimate on January 12 and Earnest was out the next day to look at my roof. There was lot of work to be done, but he told me the job could be completed in a day. A few days later, I approved the estimate and picked out the shingles I wanted. Earnest and crew showed early on January 27.Several layers of old shingles and a rubber roof had to be removed and the wood underneath had to be replaced. As promised, the job was done in a day (taking about 10 hours). The old saggy roof is gone and I have a nice new roof. The price came in under $10,000 and it was worth using them versus a handyman. Unlike other companies, they showed up on time and payment wasn't due until after the job was done. I would definitely recommend Pace Roofing!Services: Roof repair, Roof installation

We had our roof done in April. Price was good, team was professional. They cleaned up and were neat. I have two roofs and I asked for a price for that roof as well. We decided not to do the small roof but to put a porch on it. He is scheduled to be out on 6/17/21We had the porch put on and it is phenomenal. Looks so good and as of today 9/14/21 we have had no leaks at all. These are the best roofers in the business. I had my roof repaired by Pace Roofing, and they were great. I filled out the request for an estimate on their website, and they reached out to me the same day. John was able to come out the following day to take a look, and we had our estimate that evening. A pleasant and professional crew came out to do the work. There was an issue with how our HVAC lines and Ernie came out to explain how they would address the problem. They worked quickly and even screwed in loose bord under my breezeway. From start to finish, this was the least stressful home repair I've ever experienced! Ernie and his crew showed up exactly when he said they would be here and got right to work. In addition to needing a new roof we also needed something done with our old tin cornice that had been sloppily repaired before we bought the house. Pace won my business because they were on top of things, always on time, and extra communicative throughout the whole process, from initial estimate, to delivery of the quote, to getting me scheduled and performing the actual work.What can you expect when you hire Pace? You get a group of hardworking expert roofers that get out to your house early, and knock out the job quickly & completely.
