I am writing this review because of my recent positive experience with Philly Stucco. I needed some help with revamping my entire back wall. Everyone I interacted with Edna, Christina, and Jim were very professional and patient.Jim took his time and called me to explain the entire project. When the project was taking a bit longer the team did not hesitate to allocate more time and effort to ensure the correct work was done. I was getting ready to travel for the holidays and the team went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule. In summary, I would wholeheartedly recommend Philly Stucco to anyone who requires their services!

We have used Logan Construction for several different projects at our 3 story row home, both for interior and exterior repairs and remodeling. Philly Stucco is a new name for a part of Logan Construction. We have had stucco and brick repairs done by these professionals and their skills are exemplary. George and his crew are totally professional, reliable, on time and excellent people to plan and work with. This company stands behind their work, and really cleans up their construction debris too! We will continue to use their services when needed.

The crew at Philly Stucco Remediation has helped us on several projects. The most recent was a water intrusion and remediation project due to a leaking pipe. They came out super fast, fixed the issue in just a couple days, cleaned up more thoroughly than I have ever scene with a contractor. The repaired areas of the wall and masonry are seamless and not visible even to us. Would highly recommend them!!

We’ve known George and his family personally for years, so we were a bit hesitant about hiring a friend for professional services. But we found George’s work (and the whole experience) to be much like he is - true to his word, thorough, and detail oriented. There’s always some unknowns with remediation projects but George walked us through potential scenarios so we were able to consider options and make informed decisions. Most importantly, he shows up when scheduled (respecting our time) and stays til its done. He also followed up with us to make sure our problems were truly fixed. Go local!
