Bill, Dom, and their team did a great job remodeling our primary bed/bath. They were responsive from the very beginning, and walked us through the whole process. They showed up every day on time, even some weekends, and finished the job well within the schedule they set. Their communication and the quality of the work is excellent, and they took extra care to make sure the rest of our house was protected during construction. Everyone who worked on the project met the high standards they set for their work. We will certainly use them for any other needs we have in the future.

I had a vision of transforming my very small 50’s bathroom into a “spa-like” bathroom and PHL Builders made that happen!!From Day One, Bill and Mike were there guiding me through the process and their communication continued to keep me informed of all the details throughout the project. They kept to the schedule and moved through all the various levels of the project efficiently. And, all along, it was very apparent that they take pride in their work and are extremely interested in achieving customer satisfaction.We are a family of do-it-yourselfers and, to some degree, perfectionists. I’m so happy that I use PHL builders. They transformed my kitchen from an outdated mess to a modern, beautiful space. From the beginning Bill helped me find vendors for the materials I wanted, and pointed me in the right direction with design and layout. I ended up with just the space I wanted.I was very concerned about starting this project that would be disruptive and take too long And I would be living in a construction zone for months, but it was not like that at all. The PHL builder team gave me a schedule and stuck to it, and managed to not disrupt the rest of my house while undertaking a very large project. The work that they did was excellent quality, and looks absolutely beautiful now. Definitely recommend them for any projects you have in your house.

Bill, Dom and the entire team did an outstanding job with our recent full bathroom remodel. While not the least or most expensive from the several quotes we received, in the end, it was worth every penny. Throughout the entire process there was effective customer service and consistent communication in regards to their progress and our overall timeline. Not a detail was spared in regards to design and craftsmanship and they even finished a few days earlier than expected. No questions asked, we would use them again and recommend highly to anyone!! I had a very outdated and cluttered kitchen and dining room and needed help designing a new space. Bill was hands on from the beginning while his team worked to create a beautiful open space with more counterspace and cabinets than I could have dreamed of. They quickly return phone calls and texts, they show up when scheduled, they stick to their construction schedules, they do not nickel and dime you for extra work. I just recently worked with PHL Builders and I couldn’t recommend them more. Their team activated extremely quickly to emergency plumbing needs at my house, and did their best to keep a big project with lots of different teams moving quickly (less than a week) and efficiently without comprising quality. PHL Builders did a kitchen and powder room renovation for me. In my twelve years, having hired many contractors, I can definitely say PHL Builders was by far the best. Their workmanship was great. They brought in knowledgeable, professional subcontractors, managed the entire process, including finishing off an HVAC job that was not part of the original scope of work. Bill and his team were very accommodating, working around many delays with the custom materials ordered. They were fair with pricing and kept clear lines of communication throughout the project. We hired PHL Builders for our complete home renovation and could not have been happier with their services. We financed our renovation through a bank and PHL was very accommodating and patient with all our bank's requests/needs.  As soon as our permits were approved, PHL was onsite starting work immediately.  We had to shut down for a few weeks due to COVID working restrictions in spring of 2020, and as soon as work was allowed to restart Bill from PHL had his crews onsite. He also kept in touch with us throughout the shutdown to keep us informed on any updates he had and any changes to the plan once they were able to begin work again. PHL's work product exceeds industry expectations and Bill had excellent design ideas and suggestions to help create our vision for our home.  Where PHL Builders really differentiates themselves in the industry is the communication and updates they provide to their clients.  I received weekly, if not more, updates from Bill with progress photos.  He was always very transparent about timeline and expectations so there were no surprises.  I would highly recommend PHL Builders to anyone.Services: Tile work installation, Install flooring, Demolition, Remodeling, Drywall installation, Plumbing fixture installation

My wife and I have hired this guys for our condo renovation. We merged 2 condos into one, removed one kitchen, added a bar, all rooms with new lighting and new hardwood floor. There were many logistical challenges due to the Pandemic that were out of their control, and regardless they continued to make progress and get the job done in a timely and thorough fashion.
