I had the absolute worst experience of any of the contractors I have ever had to work with on my house. Jimmy came to do a downspout, but outsourced the work to his friend, who is not a roofer by trade, because he “needed money for a stereo in his truck.” Jimmy showed up that day, but was unable to do the work himself because his hand was in a cast. They were hours late for that first job, even though I communicated a time limit. That work leaked after two weeks, pouring water into three rooms of my house along that wall— no problem, because Jimmy “guarantees no leaks for three years”. Except, he won’t come back to fix it. No call, no show, five times in a row. First he said Friday, then Saturday, then Monday, then Tuesday, then first thing Wednesday, and stood me up again. I even checked in in the morning to confirm for the afternoon, got a reply, and he didn’t show. Each time I plan for him to be there, wait around as he doesn’t respond to calls or texts until the very end of the day, looking to reschedule for the next. Imagine being stood up 5 times! Now I need to hire another roofer to do the same job, because Jimmy will not stand by his guarantee, will not show up, and will not communicate that he won’t show up. In my experience, Roofline does not do quality work, does not honor their three year guarantee (not even a two week guarantee), and does not communicate. I would give 0 out of 5 stars if I could.Service: Roof repair

I called Jim on Wednesday when my tenants reported a leak. He came out that day inspected the roof and sent a whole bunch of pictures of the issues. He followed up quickly with his estimate to correct the issues. He came out next day to complete the work and sent pictures throughout. Awesome communication throughout the process. Highly recommend him and will definitely have him back in a few years when it's ready for another inspection. Even crafted a flue for the chimney that blew off in the wind. Thanks Jim!

Jimmy did a wonderful job on my roof, he was very professional to work with and charged a very good price to patch and silver-coat the roof of my Roxborough row-home after it sprung a leak after a huge rainstorm. He was very quick to respond to any question I had via text, or email and sent me before and after pictures of the job. The whole process was painless and I definitely recommend Roofline Roofing.

Roofline Roofing is awesome! Jimmy did a fantastic job of laying down a new high quality roof to replace the shoddy roof my house came with. Service and communication was excellent, Roofline was responsive and professional, Jimmy even came out during a snowstorm to do the assessment and shoveled my sidewalks for me.He worked with me to find the best materials and color for the roof doing it to my specification with high-quality products. Roof came with a 20 year warranty as well, Roofline really believes in their work and I trust it completely with that kind of guarantee.I would highly recommend Jimmy and Roofline Roofing to anyone looking to get their roof serviced, replaced, refinished, or repaired. Writing this the night of New Year's Day. We had a leak yesterday, and Jimmy went out, decided what needed doing, and went back today to fix it. They also needed to return a few days later to put a longer chain on my skylight for opening/ closing, and they followed up as they stated they would. Not one to leave reviews, but I believe other people need to be weary of this company. I had given a deposit for a part I was told they needed to fix my roof. After sending this deposit, I never saw them again. It's been quite some time, and I've continually tried contacting them to receive a refund, but there was always an excuse or they just stopped responding (and now the numbers to contact them have gone dead). So basically they gave me an estimate, disappeared with my money, and never did any actual work on my roof. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for any roofing services.

I highly recommend Roofline Roofing! Jimmy came out and replaced a few missing shingles on my roof and matched the color exactly. Very impressive as my roof is 22 years old. Definitely using this company again when it's time to replace my whole roof.

Mr. Fagan recently completed a job for me when another roofer was a no show. I had a leak in a front dormer that was keeping me up at night. Mr. Fagan started on the top roof of my three story twin in Roxborough and worked his way down, five roofs, sweeping, coating, and tightening up loose metal - even downspouts. I would, highly, recommend. He was professional and communicated well in regards to what he was doing, the weather and when he would be here.

Can't speak to his work performance, said he would come out that day or over the weekend. Checked in late Saturday evening, no response the next day, checked in Monday morning, no response. Called a different roofer and they gave me a date and a time.
