I reached out to fastpro restoration about remediation of my kitchen subflooring. They sent someone out to look over the job and provide an estimate. This process was extremely easy, and honestly they found a way to take my current dilemma of wet, moldy rotted wood and turned it to a positive experience. The next day a crew was out and demoed my entire kitchen subfloor. They also removed insulation from joists below as it was dirty and wet. The clean up job they did was superb. I was nervous as our hardwood floors are all recently refinished. The crew took their time and showed clean, professional and most important caring workmanship in removing the flooring and debris from our home. I have used these guys in the past for an AC leak we had in our basement. That was a larger job but still was done with same care and respect throughout the rest of my home. I know who to call and highly recommend these guys to anyone who asks about these services. Thank you fastpro for another great service experience.

I can’t say enough about Fast Pro Restoration. The guys are all very responsive and considerate. I contacted them due to 6” of flooding in our basement apartment in Philly. They gave me a price over the phone to bring in a pump and dehumidifier, which they did within the hour. Then Dylan accessed the situation gave me a price on additional recommendations. Since we didn’t have flood insurance they were very helpful in keeping the price as low as possible. Dylan has been so kind, helpful and sincere, I would recommend him or any of the guys at Fast Pro Restoration. Their service is unbeatable!

So fast and friendly. Out of all the estimates they were the best and did not do any unnecessary work. I had called on a Sunday early morning and left a message expecting no call back until Monday. We've used Fastpro Restoration twice now. The first time was after a major basement flooding event from a failed sump pump. Don and his crew showed up (over the 2022 Christmas holiday season) and promptly went to work. In no time, the basement was cleaned up and the drying out process started. The second time was a relatively minor leak associated with an egress window. Over the New Year period 2023/2024, Kevin and Bobby showed up on short notice and identified the source of the leak. They were able to dry out the area, allowing us to address the cause of the leak. In both cases, the final cost was less than the original estimate (and much less than that of their competitors) . This family-owned business is the best! They are friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. Top-notch professionals. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anybody.

Where do I even begin to try to explain how incredibly great the folks at FastPro are? This is truly a company that lives up to its name.............Fast and Professional. Several weeks ago, during one of the Sunday-Monday massive rainstorms we had here in eastern, PA, our sump pump float valve got stuck and our back up pump failed to activate leading to an entire basement flood. Our basement is approximately 1,500 square feet with about 2/3 of it finished with carpet, tile, drywall, baseboards, closets, a workout room, etc. As water had seeped up between the floor and the perimeter walls, the entire basement was covered in water. After a couple of days getting whatever I deemed valuable out of the basement, I called FastPro (and a few others) on Friday afternoon. I had a great conversation with Matt who said he could have someone come out to survey the situation on Saturday AND we could actually have a team at our house on Monday morning to begin the process of clearing everything out. A couple of the others I called would not even be able to make it to our house to assess the damage until the following week and one other also came out Saturday but told me he did not have enough people to deal with the situation for nearly a week. At this point, the entire house smelled from the wet carpets and belongings in the basement so there was no way we wanted to wait any longer to get moving on this. Sure enough, Saturday morning, Pat and Declan arrived to survey the basement and provide an estimate for the work that needed to be done. I then followed up with Matt and we scheduled for Monday morning. Aside from the great service so far from Matt, Pat and Declan, this is where I REALLY got to see what FastPro is all about. If you are in the unfortunate situation we were in you will be EXTREMELY fortunate if you have Don Curry (the lead technician) and his team of incredible guys come to your house for the "pack out." I simply can't say enough great things about Don and his team of awesome guys. Trust me, it is no easy job clearing out 27 years of soaking wet, accumulated basement stuff and these guys handle it with incredible speed, friendly attitude and with true concern for the situation we were in. These guys are simply amazing!! By early afternoon on Monday, they already had most of stuff from the finished part of our basement removed and on the truck. Then on Tuesday, they got the rest of the stuff out including our storage area plus all carpets and padding were cut, rolled up and removed along with the baseboards, about a foot of the drywall, insulation and so forth. Anything that could be a potential mold issue was removed. Then in came maybe 20 high powered fans along with a couple of heavy duty dehumidifiers and an air scrubber. Everything was setup to run for the next few days and Don and his team were done. Again, I can't thank Don and his amazing team enough. So now we move onto Friday. Pat and Declan returned with a moisture meter to check to make sure everything was dry and after all was clear, they removed all of the equipment. Now we are onto the restoration part of the situation which was also setup by Don. While finishing up on Tuesday, he called Nick who immediately called me to setup an appointment to handle the next step, getting our basement back to where it was before the flood. Nick with his team were here today and they have already told me that they could do the work next week. All I can say at this point is given what was absolutely the most stressful situation we have ever had in 27 years in our home, the truly fantastic team at FastPro (ALL of them) have really helped to ease the pain and tension. In July 2023 my 83 yr.old mother had a pipe break causing major damage to a finished basement with a bedroom.Fast pro came out and cut the walls,removed all floors,doors and everything else damaged .They had fans for days making sure all was dry.after 4 months of estimates that were completely over the top and denied by her ins.co.,we called Kurt as fast pro hoping they did this type of work. We'll Kurt came out and measured etc and had an estimate very quickly that worked! The crew members from start to finish were Amazing!They were super clean,efficient and the work was 5star!!As I said before,my mother is 83 and can not use a computer ect so I had the pleasure of dealing with Kurt! We had a devastating house fire last December right before Christmas. The night of the fire fast pro got us into a hotel 5 mins from home. They also got us into a beautiful rental home before Christmas, which we have been living in for a year. They even helped us get rental furniture and everything we needed because we had nothing. We just moved back into our home on our one year anniversary. Fast pro did all the work clearing out the house, storing our furniture, cleaning everything including clothes and furniture and even did the demo of the house. Sara, Beau and John have been amazing during this entire process. Anything that we needed from our storage they brought to us and we didn't have to do a thing! They were all so kind and easy to reach. I cannot say enough good things about FastPro and we wouldn't have made it through this process without them. Thank you so much FastPro!! We are forever greatful and so happy to finally be home.

My family experienced a house fire about two months ago. The night of the fire someone from fast pro was at our door making sure the air quality was decent, and making sure my family and I knew all of the steps we had to take to get everything done and fixed from the fire. Two hours later, they had someone tarp up our house. The week after, they were back seeing if the walls were dirty around the whole house from the fire (they were). Due to insurance (there is nothing fast pro could have done), this past weekend a team from fast pro came everyday to our house, making it look better than it ever has before. Luis and his team did such a fantastic job cleaning, and were so friendly. Not only did they clean every single nook and crannie, they organized almost the entire house. They emptied everything out of the attic, cleaned it, and even put it all back so nice. They even did things for us that they didn’t have to, and went completely out of their way for us. They worked all weekend long, Friday through Sunday, over eight hours a day, and we could not be more thankful. I hope the team that cleaned our house know how much they are appreciated, they deserve to know it. Thank you so much fast pro! I would give infinite stars if I could.
