Always gets my drinks wrong altogether or forgets to add sugar… every time you call because they messed up your order (again) they just tell you to drive back which gets really annoying after a while. Especially when they don’t even remember to ask for your name. In the photo I was supposed to receive a tea like the sticker says, like I ordered, but I actually received a coffee. And the app is garbage too

I had to edit this review. We have "tried" this DD again, in fact two more times since a bad experience and both visits were perfect. Hot coffee, great breakfast sandwiches and the workers were pleasant and appreciated the tip. Not sure if it was just an off day but I can recommend this location now.

Coffee ordered on the app at 6:26, I waited 10 minutes before I left to pick it up, I wanted to pick my coffee up inside but the option to pick up inside is NEVER able to be pressed, there’s a line of cars all the way to the dumpster, I park and go inside. I stand where you pick your beverage up, someone said ‘hi’ as they walked by. Another minute or 2 goes by, someone acknowledges me, I tell them I’m here to pick up, and give my name… my drink hasn’t even been started yet and by now it’s been almost 20 minutes… another 4 or so minutes goes by and I’m given my drink. I let the girl know I came inside to try and save time because I ordered 20 minutes ago and I thought for sure it would have been done, but the cars in the drive thru LEFT BEFORE I DID!!!! I’ve spoken to the manager, for about a month after, the coffee was mostly correct, only like 5 times that month did I have to return my drink because it was missing caramel, sugar, espresso, and one time for my hot macchiato I was handed an ice cold cup of milk!!!! GET IT TOGETHER!!!! (There are 2 girls who make my coffee correctly every single time, I’m thankful for them. But EVERYONE working there should know how to make all the drinks, is that not common sense?? My coffee should T be wrong because the only 2 people who make it correctly have a day off.)

If I could give this company any less than one star I would. The employees are rude and disrespectful as well as management and they fire you for doing your job correctly. If you do decide to go to this Dunkin keep in mind you will be getting old donuts and either burnt or old sandwiches. This is by far the worst Dunkin I've had to go to. Also they have no customer service and could care less about their employees. If you want year old cheese and year old croissants head over to this Dunkin and enjoy and if you believe that anyone here cares about you your family or the health of your loved ones then you're sadly mistaken and I want to let you know they could care less.......

Ordered our order at the window with difficulty as the employee seemed either new or preoccupied. Get to the window and no one was there, we could see them outside talking. Finally they come in and my husband asked the girl what took so long she said she was on break!!!! I said you have customers in line waiting and you’re on break? Long story short she argued and slammed the window shut . Very poor way of treating children customers.

Food is normal for any dunkin you go to. The girl who took our order (drive thru) sounded absolutely miserable.Update - went again today and they are all miserable and didn't tell me my total at all. I paid with credit card and won't know how much I paid until I see it on my cc statement. Not a huge deal but it's rude they just opened the window and didn't talk... just waited until I gave them my card

Portland PA beware especially the manager is super rude she needs to understand that customers are right !!!!!! The worst place they are rude !!!!! don’t know how to make coffee! & they mix’s Soap water in your coffee beware you will get sick you probably end up in the hospital place is super dirty & sneezing all over everything in there if you want to get Covid they don’t even wear gloves touching your food this place is absolutely disgusting 🤮

We stopped with a school bus. Inside was closed but drive thru was open. One of the workers came out and told our driver she would allow our kids to go into the building and use the restrooms. Very accommodating. Great customer service . Friendly staff when most might have locked the doors seeing a school bus pull up!

Stopped in with a school group on 5/10 at 5pm. The girls desperately needed the facilities. Sadly the lobby was closed due to staff shortage. The amazing staff that was still on kindly made the lobby available for us and then allowed students to walk through the drive up making the overall experience one to remember. Great staff! Thanks guys!

Probably the worst coffee I've ever had. You ask for a sweetened French vanilla cappuccino I may give you a non sweetened French vanilla cappuccino. The sandwiches are always burnt And falling apart. Have to drive down to Delaware water gap To get decent service. They never answered the phone if you want to call in an Order.

They need to replace their lids. Multiple times this place hands me a hot coffee knowing that it leaks. By the time they handed it to me, it's all over my car door and pants. Then forms a puddle in my cup holder. It's literally the only Dunkin that I go to that always has some kind of issue.

Some workers have an attitude. It's a hit and miss on what they have. The latest is they didn't have large iced coffee cups and no frozen coffee.Tues the 24th of January. Went to dd for coffees around 6:30pm. Couldn't get a frozen coffee and the other 3 hot coffees were Luke warm. So I went to pay , gave him my card ,when I asked him for my card back he sputtered and pulled it out of his front pocket! Watch yourself when you pay.

Place was ok for a drive through. Service was a hurry up not knowing why being only 2 cars there. Best of all I ordered a dark roast black. Started down the road to taste to find it was like water. 😞 Poor brewing practice or management at the time. Made it down the road to the next D.Donut by route 80 and got a real dark roast. Server said there was there something wrong because it was still piping hot when telling here to toss it. Said no it was made poorly down the road in Portland, Pa and I was in need of a real DARK ROAST COFFEE.Satisfied it was a good one.☺

Friendly staff, clean and they had all my donut selections, including French crullers, which most DD do not offer...I down graded to 3 stars due to an overcharge which was never fixed. HOWEVER, the staff is much nicer now and...very accommodating!

The place is disgusting its so dirty and the staff arent so friendly the girl didnt smile not once andi had toask twice for help her sweater has food all over. Coffee stains from last week dirty floors stained walls n the restroom disgusting.
